温补tcxo带基本的振荡电路和复杂的温度频率补偿电路,功耗小体积小,进入稳定状态快(进入+/-1ppm 10--30秒)
温补tcxo的精度:常温+/-0.5ppm @25

恒温ocxo带基本的振荡电路和复杂的温度控制电路,将石英晶体谐振器放在恒温槽,基本不受外界温度影响,但功耗大体积大,进入稳定状态慢(进入+/-1ppm 10--30分)
