我的PHASE 120装机报告

今天傍晚在散热板转了32个4.2MM的孔，铜板上转了32个4.8的孔，还有几个2.2MM的孔，准备用丝攻攻孔，用3MM的螺丝固定MOS管，结果我的转头和两个3MM丝攻全报销了，孔还没转完，我崩溃了[em00][em00][em00]，实在是太累了，DIY 真是一项系统工程啊，还得学金工！
      散热器没搞定MOS管不敢接，手又痒了，于是又开始摆弄起来了。把推动级的两个发射极电阻的连接处之间与输出端用导线连起来，通电看看波形也好啊。
      通电测输出端的电位有300MV左右，这种电流模电路结构的输出电位偏差是比其他的差分电流大的，所以都要用DC SERVO 来摆平直流电位，但是电路的性能还是不错的。于是接上了DC SERVO 板子，呵呵，就是下面那几幅

     酷吧，用5个铜螺柱锁再大板上，立体双层结构，哈哈，爽呆了！
     接上DC SERVO后再测输出电位只有0.5MV了，我用的是TL071做炮灰的，DZ用的是OPA134PA，看DZ上的一篇文章说是测试了用不同的运放放在DC SERVO 上，功放的味道会跟着这个运放改变，它试了几种运放，OPA134的话整个功放就是OPA134的味道，换成OPA627的话，就是OPA627的味道，真是奇怪了，等做完以后一定要试试！

电路很简单，测C8二端不大于1V就烧不了功放管的[em11][em11][em11]

以后经常左功放是得考虑买一个以保安全啊，不知道多少米一个啊？贵不？

建议楼主在电源变压器前加一个调压器（试验时），可以防止冒烟之类的事情。

     刚才一直在搞电源，累啊。先用两个了areoM16000U/50V的大水塘，因为没有合适的变压器，就用花了巨款（50大元）在电子市场买的250W大火牛，呵呵，一看就知道了，35V的绕组，线径只有0.8MM！没有双绕组，是中间抽头的。不过还好通电之后居然不响，很满意了，滤波出来有正负46V，正负电源相差也不大，只好先用它试试了，继续找好牛ING。。。
      散热器没搞，所以没有加MOS管，晚上怕电转吓到邻居被投诉！明天回来早点弄。
     通电测了一下各点的电压，基本正常。测了偏置的电压，调节偏置VR可以在0.65V-4.6V之间变化，明天接上MOS管的话就应该不会冒烟了吧。[em11]
      测了一下不接MOS管时整机的的电流，大概五六十个MA 左右，头一次搞分立元件的功放，到这里还算顺利[em11][em11][em11]

剩下来就是声音如何。
63V以上容量100UF以上，飞利浦轴线、rifa124和roe都有这规格。
红威马不如rifa420，体积大小刚好一样。

刚才用+-24V蓄电池供电试了一下，没有冒烟，这就放心了[em11][em11]
MOS管还没敢焊上，搞了个插座准备用螺丝拧。

       本来想都用DALE RN60D军规电阻，可是国内都找不齐，最可气的是从温州升艺邮购的电阻，上面说是1/4W 0.30元一个，可是寄过来一看所谓的DALE 1/4W电阻，都是RN55C CMF55C这些，比1/4W的DALE RN60D小多了，应该是1/8W的，而它所谓的 0.60元一个的DALE 1W电阻，其实是1/4W的，真是个骗子！以后再也不会从升艺邮购了！
       推动级的管子用的是2SD669AC，2SB649AC 都是210编号的，这对管子倒还是比较好买到的，MJE340 350很难找到合适的。
       还有四个用于板子电源退偶的电容还没有找到合适的，耐压要63V以上容量100UF以上，这边买不到什么发烧电容，只有红宝石的，不想用，只好先空着，大家看看这里用什么电容比较好，还有哪里可以买到真货啊，（好像现在好多地方的电解都是假的）
