等了一周今天终于取到了PCB，一张是PHASE 的主板，另一张小的是DC SERVO的板子。
终于可以开始下手了，

为了这个PHASE 120 120瓦备料也备了好几周，到处邮购，呵呵邮递员叔叔，还有快递公司的小伙都认得我了，呵呵。以前自己做的都是集成电路功放，LM3875 LM3886 TDA7294，这个PHASE 120是我下手的第一台分立元件功放，祈祷有个好的收成[em11]

TI的高压三端可调稳压电路TL783,可输出1.25V-125V，700MA，用起来就跟LM317一样简单，打算用2块做前级高压稳压，稳压输出正负50V，不知是否好？

应用非常简单，用在PHASE 前级上面提供10个MA左右电流足够了，在网上看到价格一块是20元左右。不知有没有同学用过，给个参考[em11]

下一步就是找个好牛，把它装箱，以及以后的平衡桥接计划了。今天下午躺在摇椅上，品着咖啡，舒舒服服地享受着它带来的喜悦，最想说的一句就是“味道好极了”[em11][em11][em11]
      这次PHASE 的制作过程对我来讲也是前所未有的
      首先这是小弟第一次制作的分立元件功放，以前只敢做做集成电路的东东，呵呵菜鸟一个！
   其次这也是合作的结果。自从和YANGBINKK兄在隔壁论坛偶遇，出于对这个PHASE的浓厚兴趣以及对HIFIDIY的执着走到了一起。YANGBINKK兄来LAYOUT，我来当炮灰，一起商量PCB 的LAYOUT，电路制作，一起解决在实际过程中碰到的问题，在这期间更是得到了论坛上帮主和同学们的支持和帮助，如果没有大家，我这个菜鸟也不会这么顺利就完成这个对我来说是空前的分立元件功放。通过这次经历也更让我了解了网络的真谛，那就是协作与分享！[em00][em00][em00]

coolzyp兄是杭州哪里的?我这里有些MJE340/350的管子可以保证是原厂管子,但是没有配对过的,希望能帮上你的忙!PS:我也是杭州的!

准备用什么变压器，及什么的电容呀，电容好象小了点！

现在主要是试验的，变压器是50元一个的烂货，准备定做2个300W 双36V的，电容是从WZY版主那里搞的AEROM大水塘，16000UF/50V的，准备用4个，不过还得先做个开机缓冲电路，否则开机的时候电灯都会闪！[em11]

其实很简单的，2N5551 和2N5401这对我买的是同公司一个批次的管子，配对很轻松，我用胜利VC9805A的HFE档测的，找HFE一样管子，2SD669AC 2SB649AC 也是这样配的，都只用胜利VC9805A的HFE档配对，做了两个声道不加DC SERVO时，中点电位一个只有40MV左右，另一个，一开始是300MV（当时用的胜利980+HFE档配的，它的HFE NPN PNP 不一致），后来重新换了5551 5401 结果中点电位就只有100MV了

你把它调成1A的话，和ZEN4发的热就一样多了。如果要改进的话，前面加个稳压，比功率管供电高3-4V，因为电流负反馈功放对电源要求比差动的要高。MJE340那级管要精选，增益较高，或者干脆改为共射共基电路。做板的时候，我也订一套试试

我也打算在前级加个稳压，前两周就在DZ定了HV稳压的板子，现在还没收到呢，DZ说是这几天在盘货，所以拖延了。到时候加上试试效果。应该还能提高不少
