一些心得

刚开始是以不加入外部时钟来调整的.
关于OP:尝试使用了NE5534,AD797AN,OPA627AM/BP,OPA27GP,LH0042CH
从音效上来说,BJT输入级的NE5534和AD797声音更温暖,乐器的堂音更丰满,剩下的四种都是FET输入级的,声音的凝聚感好一些,但是627的高频似乎有点尖,AM的堂音也很好,BP的总体凝聚.但是这两种627的缺点也比较明显:钢琴高音键的跃动感差,可能是开环增益高,负反馈过深的原因.LH0042的指标是最差的,但是中高频我很喜欢,由于低频驱动的缺陷,最终还是没有入选.
个人的最爱是AD797,但是由于手头数量有限,最终还是用了NE5534AFE,比之AD797,声音的透明度稍差,其余的很接近.包括几乎人人诟病的肥大低频.呵呵,看来MBL在新版6010上用AD797来代替5534确实是不二之选啊.
关于耦合电容:大部分时间都是用220UF/10V的CEAREFINE,用4.7UF的时候,除了5534和797,其余的OP都嫌低频不足.最终选定5534之后,耦合换成了10U的MKP(手头最大容量的薄膜电容了),低频依然丰满--不过在使用外部时钟以后一下子减肥了.
关于外接时钟:我是在完成其他步骤之后最终拨上4个小开关的,声音的变化很明显,从低到高,几乎所有的乐器外型都减了一圈,对于大型的交响乐来说,是令人欣喜的变化,音场宽了,乐器的分隔度好了,声音的透明度增加了,但是低频段的量少了--我的系统已经嫌不够了.对于不在意这些的人来说,可能会不喜欢,那种浓浓的味道没有了--没关系,把开关拨回去就可以了,或者采用8片并联尝试一下.
BTW,我的系统在加入时钟以后并没有感觉到高频尖/叫的倾向~
友情提醒:请在DAC断电的情况下加入或者切除时钟
我的下一步计划:找回低频段量感,初步可能是增加耦合电容容量或者增加一个电源变压器,后者还能整体增加声音的厚度,当然应该是比较好的选择.

OP:NE5534AFE,耦合电容:10U/250V MKP
TDA1543和CS8412供电用LT1086,各大滤波电容并0.1UF的小旁路电容.

有二点我觉得要改

一是散热片太小,我这里室温28度,十多分钟后声音就没有生气了,我加大了散热片,效果很明显。
二是电源几个大滤波电容我用ELNA FOR AUDIO 3300UF比原机的松下电容声音各方面都有明显的改善,只是不好安装,能不能把安装位置改大一点,可多试几种电容。

全部装配完成后要检查是否有短路, 虚焊, 漏焊. 特别要仔细检查CS8412的电源(因为这次CS8412是焊在板上的调试时一开电源CS8412就供电了).不得若一切正常就可进行调试了.
四, 调试
先不装OPA604和TDA1543通电测CS8412 VA+和VD+应为5V, 调5K微调电阻使OPA604 七脚为15V 四脚为-15V, 调1K微调电阻使TDA1543 五脚为7.5V, 调好后关闭电源然后把OPA604和TDA1543插上. 这样应该就算完成了.

[原创]我的纪念版刚装好

论坛TDA1543纪念版装配
上个星期把所有元件都配齐周末装机完毕先回报一下装机过程. 有于这次纪念版TDA1543DAC设计采用SOIC28兵CS8412(或CS8414)所以装机时烙铁头和焊锡要细并要注意防静电.
工具:
聂子, 尖嘴钳, 剪刀, 电烙铁, 螺丝刀
细焊锡丝, 松香
一, 清点元件
按材料表清点全部元器件各元件可按材料表分类放好.

二, 元件整形, 上锡
各元件根据按装孔位尺寸进行整形. 若元件引脚有氧化就要进行清理和上锡. 可用断锯条来刮除氧化层并上锡.
三, 装配
根据先低后高先轻后重的原则来进行装配.
1, 装CS8412(或CS8414)        在天气干燥时特别要注意防静电
先在CS8412各焊盘上上锡(注意锡不要太多)

再用聂子把CS8412放在按装位上对齐各引脚先焊PIN28接地焊好后再检查一下各引脚是否对齐若不齐可进行调整, 然后再焊PIN14这样对角焊好就把CS8412定位好了,

接下来就可以焊各个引脚. 在焊接时烙铁头要干净不要有太多焊锡.

2, 装电阻
按照印板上标识的电阻阻值进行装配.

在装配时可将印板用铜柱垫高这样电阻就能贴近印板,把所有电阻都插到印板上后先在电阻这面把每个电阻的一个引脚焊一下, 这样当印板翻过来焊接时电阻就不会移动.
3, 装IC座, DIP开关和接线柱
装IC座时要注意缺口方向
4, 装微调电阻, 小电容, 稳压IC
稳压IC要注意方向, 电解电容要注意极性
5, 装桥式整流
注意正负极
6, 装整流大电容
要注意极性

今天换了几个电容.

找到了几个47UF/10V的贴片胆电容,换下了1543的退耦电容(直接焊在线路板反面1543的4,5脚之间.
胆电容的声音还是蛮圆润温暖的.下次再把8412部分的LM317换成LT1086试试...

这次搞上下层8片并联要堑氖巧舷虏懔?叻?#234;图渚唷J紫纫?龆?蘒C散热板(小钳子只给了一块),从垃圾箱里找到了西德旧电视拆下来的5mm厚铝片,截了二片适中的稍加工一下便完成。第一次用25mm高柱,完成后(看图)

发觉整机过高,翌日改用15mm高棱柱做上下层间距,算是较合理。然后找材料做上下层连线,我觉得用下面的材料较好,安装及拆卸都很方便。

焊上接脚和套上热缩胶的连线:

从上图可见,I/V电阻上是并上两枝电阻(8片并联时总阻值,拆去后是4片时的I/V电阻)及一微调电阻,方便调校參考电压。
还有一点要注意的,想1543要有良好散热效果,必须要IC面紧贴散热板,插入IC座时,不要尽插,要离座高一点,然后把散热片将4块IC一齐压平,这时就算不加散热硅,也能达到良好的散热效果。
完成后试听,整体输出较强,音场阔些,高音偏亮,这是一般未经煲练时的通病。当使用一些时日,相信整个音场便达至平衡。
昨日增加一点新花样,信号显示灯。

本次测试重点主要在8枚TDA1543并联, 但因主要元件无缘无故地意外失效, 花了整个星期在除错及补购元件上, 但最终声音在耳边响起后, 却发觉这整个星期所花在它身上的努力及时间, 并没有白白浪费.  
因机器是应钳版之要求作测试之用, 为求测试之环境及声音结果与大家团购之套件相近, 插焊时全机选取与套件内质量相同之阻容元件及依足原本架构。
1543设定在工作电压8伏, 输出电压调定在4.09伏.  8枚声音与4枚并联时比较, 在弱音之展现及高频伸延方面有所提升. 低频之力感亦有所不同, 动态较佳. 作比喻时, 4x时声音如带点害羞之妙龄美女, 8x时则如成熟之少妇.
测试时同时亦特别留意HQ及万建同学反蚀之外接时钟及多枚并联之问题, 发现外接时钟比较内部时钟有较佳之分析力 (套件在设定内部或外接时钟, 用上很方便操作之指拨开关), 8枚1453并联时, 只须留意1543供电、散热, 及特别在工作点选取各项问题后, 声音比较 1x、2x、4x等较有质感.

正如钳版所说, 发热量果真不小.
微调元件时, 顺道换上几根高高的固定铜柱, 给下层的1543底板多点散热空间.
正寻找适合的单芯铜线作上下层接合用.

一分钱, 一分货.
或可将现在的架构, 比喻作即食杯面, 价钱大家能承受, 加点热水, 可充饥一餐, 味道还不差.  有须要者, 可再加些青菜鲜肉一起, 味道又更鲜美, 当然大款有钱没地方花费的, 加上鲍参翅肚亦无不可. 最终成果都属自己品尝享受.  


个人认为以这个大家能接受的价钱, 做出这个基本架构的1543, 巳算非常合理的了.
当然要完美的话, 仍能有很多改善的空间. 但价钱么........嘿嘿.

经散热测试, 玩层层叠的并联1543, 绝对须要将上下两层之距离拉宽. 给下层之1543多点空间散发热量, 同时上层的底板亦可避免上热下烤之苦.

早前配套之矮短铜柱, 整体外观紧密, 但下层散热不良, 声音经一段时间后会明显改变.
上下拉开距离后, 巳回复正常, 声音一如以往活泼.

喜欢将1543工作在高电压下之朋友. 请留心以下过热迹像..
低频较肿, 过重, 像拖着脚步出来的或有失控现像
高频较暗,
整体声音发闷, 死气沉沉.

1543每次通电约须30分钟老化后, 声音才畅顺柔美, 但如发现声音比初通时要差, 这很大可能巳是芯片太热, 证明须再留意做好散热.

1543轻松活泼, 能另人听音乐时, 身体不自觉地随节拍摇摆的.

换到新单位上班了,我的TDA1543还没完工

这么热闹,也来凑一下先吧!刚换新单位,工作太忙了,都没有时间做,这么好的东西也一直光看着流口水。。。[em02]

先给大家看看我准备装的一些料,还有焊接的一部分情况,也来凑一下热闹,全部完工了再来说听感![em11]

准备装在板上标着22U运放旁边退偶的,100U/16V的矮三洋OS,3米一只,贵死了

12V那一路退偶的,板上标的是5600U,有5600U的ELNA卖,但是估计效果没有我买的这个4700U的好,7米一只,差不多一斤猪肉一只![em11]

准备装在板上给运放那两路电退偶的!松下的AUDIO金字的,8200U/56V,14米一只,TNND,不惜血本!这套板子还是当得起这这些猛料!呵呵

15300U的长寿命电容,USA的,品相差了点,不过性能非常好!用在12V那一路!

还没有出声,我要拍的第一块砖就是靠近CS8412旁边的那两只OS退偶电容!太小了!声音会单薄的!大家看我用的,金字的OS,150U/6。3V的

再看运放旁边的电容,原来板子上标的是22U的OS,我感觉也太小了!这样会造成高中频多,声音单薄,不好听!我上了四只矮个子的100U/16V的OS!

还有,TDA1543旁边的退偶电容,我装上了普通白字的100U/10V的三洋OS,TDA1543最高也只能耐8V,耐压够要求了!我不太喜欢用论坛标配的100U的,那个松下DD,连同标配的那蓝色的5600U的松下,我都不太喜欢,以前测试过的,声音不怎么样!没有ELNA的牌子的好!甚至于我宁愿用ELNA等的普通品,也不愿意用松下的这样的

我用8片调成7.5V试试

供1543一路采用另外一个变压器.先稳成直流12.5V再供给电路板.将此路滤波电容换成ROE的3300UF/50V.这样改后在我用这块板上声音变化极大.低音弹性较好.下潜深.高音部份更清晰.音乐细节增多.乐器定位更准.

请问老大??

才装完1543,声音不错,换上LF357N时更为生猛。

但发现有几个地方温度偏高,供8412的LM317、LF357N(已加7PF电容)的温度和未加散热片的1543一样,不知是否正常?

为何357上的电容要加在1、8脚之间?


恐怖!市电有250V,原来股市下跌还是有道理的--企业开工不足。
