焊得我头都昏……这样的框架不是理想的……
理想的搭棚应该是：
已有机壳，大电容、大电流回路（粗铜线）及功率晶体管都固定好了，有线排焊片，这样只要焊电阻等小元件上去就可以了……
好在这是实验样板，刚好可以练练手……[em11]

昨天焊的机子……还没有完工，但今晚可以试机了……
只有PNP的锗管，所以用准互补电路……
搭棚焊工艺难，别看焊得很难看，这可是我焊了一整天的……还有待提高！

锗管真是很怪！耐压低，漏电严重，温度特性不好，我买的锗管经过我的精心挑选，所剩无几……[em02]

只不过上面的零件比阿爷的阿爷还老。。。

昨晚测试过……10W支持得住，半小时温度升了20度（室温20度），电流增加了50MA（漏流），假如散热器装在机箱上后就会更好，只是3MM铝板难觅……[em12]

改了后，声音好听些，力度也强了些……不说锗管的声音差（我自己觉得），只说是锗管机做得好，电路合理，声音也独具风格！

就得面对频响窄的这个问题。或许用锗管整流会收效更大。

我用3AD50，截止频率好像是4K……，但我作的AB类准互补的高频并不觉得很差，噪音也可以接受——半米内很仔细才能听到。
作甲类是有点怕……JLH-PNP锗管版本——约有30%的效率，假如输出1W，静耗也就4W左右，每管耗2W（用3AD50B）……如果要输出4W就要静耗14W，每管7W（用3AD53C）……这时候就有些怕！
3AA1高频管不好找，YSUN老兄能找到么？

做甲类散热太难了。而且，3AD6、3AD53、3AD18、3AD19等的截止频率太低。高频有10K就算很不错了。你用3AA类的高频锗管作以下就知道，出来的声音不会让人失望的。只是噪声较大。
