[原创] 测量套件终于装好了（可以参赛吗？）

本菜鸟DIY音响的历史，可以追诉到1998年的初春。当时在南京刚参加工作，业余时间无以打发，看到《无线电》上有喇叭邮购的信息，于是萌生了做一对音箱念头。
    那时候什么都不懂，以为音箱无非是箱体+喇叭+分频器的组合。跑到江苏电子城乱逛（在山西路那里，不知现在拆了没有），正好看到一家卖南鲸的柜台，隔壁还有卖空箱体和吸音棉的，买了两对南鲸喇叭，低音200－8XPH（135元/只），高音DT506FS（好像每只50元）。8XPH的等效容积23L，于是又以180元买了一对20L左右的空箱体，再加上分频器，这对箱子总花费600元左右。在我的单身宿舍里，听着自己制造的轰鸣声，心里那个美呀... ...那时候，从来不知道这对箱子完全搞错了。

    后来来到上海发展，用了4、5年的时间算是站住了脚跟，所谓温饱思XX，DIY音箱的想法再次冒了出来。不过，此时对音箱制作的基本知识有所长进，看了不少资料和制作的书籍，因为在上海，喇叭就决定用银笛的（方便购买）。买来YD176－560X和8－1，按照厂家的数据计算出箱体的容积，再用软件模拟好长宽高尺寸，同样使用厂家的数据设计分频器。做箱体，绕电感，装箱，试听，效果很不错的说：），后来又用142－1506X－S+5－34做了环绕音箱、电脑音箱，至此，我的第二次音箱DIY到此告一段落。

    很显然，用厂家的标准数据设计音箱，其最终结果并不准确，甚至偏差很大。但苦于自己不会测量，更没有测量器材工具，所以只好带着这份遗憾囫囵的听了大半年。

    前段时间开始接触我们HiFIDIY论坛，得知梦游版主和小钳子版主设计组织了音箱测量套件的团购，梦游版主更是制作了使用教程，心中狂喜，第一时间汇款给小钳子定了一套（第一波团购因为不知道，没赶上），3天后东西到了，用了4个晚上+1个白天安装好，调试，试测，一切OK。心里别提多高兴了，有了这套测量工具，从此，我的音箱DIY也算进入了“准”“专业”的阶段了，呵呵：），在此，要感谢梦游和小钳子对DIYer的贡献。
   
    由于个人对测量的重视，所以这个套件的安装过程很仔细，特别买了机壳，布局、连线等也颇动了一番脑筋，在这里把图呈上来，供其他朋友指正参考。

内部图1：右面是功放部分，从散热器和变压器间穿过的两根黄色线分别是双交流15V电源线和整流后去话放的+直流电，黑色线是功放的OUT。

内部图3：功放电源整流的 负端和地端分别接了双股排线的两个头，这是借功放的负电部分接到指示灯的，LED串了一个4.7K电阻。左上角的插座是带保险丝和开关的一体化插座（4元？），上有个蓝色的东东，是电容，接在开关两端，防止打火。

装好的正面图：20元买来的塑料壳。指示标签条的做法：先对照面板各插座和开关的位置打印好，然后在文字上贴一层透明胶带（防褪色、防水），用刀片划去多余的部分，再用双面胶贴在面板上。

只是电阻校准的图，我的电阻数字万用表打出来是15欧的。
为什么我的校准曲线有这么多锯齿？是电阻稳定性有问题还是声卡不好？或者声卡距离CPU风扇太近受到干扰？

我觉得吧，咱们DIYer的优势就是纯手工制作，力所能及的地方，就尽量做的细一点，既然花了功夫了，何必再弄出一个乱线团呢？省得那些喜欢天价厂机的人说三道四的：）

这是银笛YD176－560X（羊毛盆、带子弹头相位锥、铝盆架）的频响曲线（合成）。

第一次学习测量，着急上手，没有严格按教程上把单元放到60cm高度（大概只有30－40厘米，没有合适的台子），可能测出来的不是很准确吧？
这个单元要卖180元呢，着实不便宜，而实测曲线好像很烂，峰谷太夸张了吧？改天再认真测测看：）

看来，有必要把我所有音箱的分频器重新改过了，工作量不小啊，又得绕电感了：（
