本人的蛋鸡电源牛烧掉了，肢解之分析是年代久远，铁芯生锈，漏磁增大，发热过大烧了高压抽头侧的线圈。电源牛大概是100W的，观察铁芯是种比较薄的硅钢片，不知道是否铁芯的硅钢片越薄越好？考虑到该电源牛是其它蛋鸡上拆下的，不是其是否有价值重新绕制？如果有，现在想将铁芯去锈，上漆，重新绕制。但是之前没有搞过变压器，不知道是否可行，具体步骤也不晓得，参数如何定也不知道。请有经验的高手不吝赐教，在下万分感谢。gytube兄可否指点一下？

回复：不错铁芯的硅钢片越薄越好。不过太薄的片子机械强度不好；可以重新制作。把变压器的线圈拆出来。一圈一圈的拆出漆包线。同时做好记录。比如：漆包线的直径和绕制的圈数。每一组线圈都要认真记录，制作时按照这个记录就可以了。安装好硅钢片后烘烤4个小时，就可以侵漆了，最后再烘烤6～12个小时，烘烤的温度是85度最好，不要超过110度。这样变压器就制作完成了。
制作变压器主要就是仔细和认真！一点不能急！
