我的TDA1543纪念版

这时可焊接集成了，先焊TDA1543再焊CS8412，可减少CS8412被击穿的可能性。焊CS8412时要注意,千万别先装IC旁边的电容,要不鉻铁就难伸进去焊IC了。我用的是十年前买的黄花603鉻铁（头换了多次，芯没换过），没有什么防静电措施就带电焊接了（小钳子别怕，焊坏算我的，绝不寄你[em11][em11][em11][em11]）。TDA1543 我没用集成座，在PCB板的两面都焊了，IC脚上我堆了不少錫，有利于散热。

然后全部装电源部分，装好电源部分后要测各点电压正常否，这很重要，否则上集成块时就麻烦了。
我的运放电源部分5K微调并不装上，把1K5改1K3，这时电压实测17.4V。正负偏差0.2V，在可接受范围内。原来的二个5K微调位置我装了二个0.1uF的电容。
TDA1543用电源我先调在5V。等通电试音再慢慢调上去到8V。
晶体小板用电源我实测5.23V。
CS8412 7脚数字用电源实测5.1V。
