制作过程：
自己是hifidiy的常客，但苦于理论水平不精，所以常做潜水员
某天忽然发现hifidiy又搞diy比赛了，呵呵，一向自认比较喜欢音乐也比较喜欢自己动手搞些器材自娱自乐的我又有些心痒了。正值当时网络流行廉价的摩雷mdt29高音和mw166低音单元的热卖，手痒之下就向家电论坛的潮州德X电子买了2对单元打算打造自己的音箱了。下面是高音单元的参数：

买这两对单元的时候都有些曲折，商家很爽快（估计利润不少），收款发货到我收到货都不用5天，拿回单元后没上箱试听，发觉有个低音单元的纸盘几乎不会动的，另一个低音的在稍大音量下有轻微的摩擦噪音，立即给电话商家，商家也爽快，立即先寄了两个新的单元过来，然后让我将原来的发给他。后来的低音就比较好了，没发现什么问题

单元到手了，就准备设计箱子了，苦于自己才蔬学浅，没有声学基础，只得在网络中寻觅，本来看中一个所谓的摩雷的官方箱体图，但后来听其他大侠说设计有缺陷，分频器数据有误，，，，后来在另一位大侠的指导下，我决定用他的设计图来做箱了[em11]

于是便开木工做了，，呵呵，，自己的手工还可以的，以前小学过一下木工

开好了孔，以前自己都做过几对音箱，对过程比较了解，发觉问题不大，主要是有顺手的工具就可以了，因为找不到30MM厚的高密板，，没办法之下只能用25MM的代替了，然后将图上的数据稍加修改，保持箱体内部的容积不变

试着将单元放进去，还好，，不大不小，就是开那个圆手震了一下，有些瑕疵

做完了这个脚底座后就立刻后悔了，，我以后还是要贴木皮的，，这个磨圆了的边怎么贴啊，，，晕，，，

急不及待的就将箱子搬回了房间，装上单元先自我欣赏一翻，呵呵，，分频器，接线拄还没到手，，不敢开声，回来一看，发觉一个问题，，箱子不高不低，直接放在地上，高音单元还对不到我的耳朵高，，晕，，难道落地箱还要做一个脚架？[em10][em12]

几天之后，分频器到手了，是按照squall老兄的参数叫一个做电子元件朋友买零件自己焊的，但后来忘记拍照了，就剩下这一张图片了，用料还算可以的，呵呵

贴这个贴纸也不是个容易的活，特别是转角位和边角位的地方，如果木工没做好，边不直，该是直角的地方不够平，就很难贴的好，我曾经贴过几个箱子了，总算还有些经验，一把界刀，一把剪刀，一把长尺子就可以动手了，

今天已达到上传数上限。

总结：过程是短暂的，乐趣是长久的。装好后开声，用的是论坛的4780套装板子，

结果是比较失望，没有意料之中那种令人一听就陶醉的声音，可能是喇叭没有褒开，

也可能是自己用的都只是刻录的cd，最大的原因应该是功放不够力，摩雷这对喇叭

听各位大侠说是不容易推的，，，，没办法，呵呵，自己的器材还跟不上。

不过，对本现在听的哪对sony书架箱还是进步很大，特别是人声部分，很有味道，

高音部分也丝丝入扣，，呵呵，，本人文采不好，也想不出怎样的形容词了。就这样了，

分频器图纸与实物不同，实物多一电阻少一电感。

魔雷记得一定要双线分音！高音衰减建议同我的分频，功放假如用石机，功率应在120*2（8欧）以上。
另外记住，魔雷更适合听古典等音乐，不适合AV和流行。
