都是些机械的东西，不能大规模的自动化。不象晶体管，在硅片上点两下就好了。电子管其实很简单，能生产电灯泡的厂就能生产电子二极管，三极管也能啊！因为灯泡是钨丝的，直热式电子管的阴极就是用钨做的，加个不锈钢罩，把灯丝照起来就是阳极了。哈哈！要是玻璃不绝缘，你直接在灯泡外加个罩，就是2极管了，哈哈！

说白了就是思想意识远比提高硬件水平更重要，，，就拿组装电子管来说，60、70年代的管比现在的管还好，为什么？是工艺水平？硬件水平？不是，只是因为那时候RP比现在好。

听说现在考驾照倒桩用上红外线精准定位仪了，有什么用？还不是关系硬的驾校顺利过关，关系不硬不软嘛，只好上10个刷5个喽。。。。

不懂不要乱说哦！直热管阴极是炭化覆钍钨合金，旁热管阴极是涂氧化钡或锶，使用前要在工厂激活。电子管工艺最关键的是真空度设备和做栅丝的设备，不得不说某国内的山寨厂这两项都不好，只能作些早期的直热管。
