做胆机买漂亮的壳价钱不低，我找到了个漏水的竹茶盘用不锈钢板铺面也算漂亮吧？这种茶盘就算买新的也不贵最好问老板搞个漏水的便宜啊！

不要担心竹子壳不屏蔽的问题胆机干扰噪声解决之道不是机壳屏蔽。这是6J4P推6P6P单端机。6Z4两个整流CLC滤波，全交流灯，无干扰噪声问题。

在某论坛见“洞洞板”卖得贵想用什么办法自己搞，所以出了这点子。当然本来用搭棚就可以了，除非象前级胆机装在壳内才需要板，但我这是为试验做板而用板的。

其中R8改为220欧姆5W想找3W但没这种规格。T2改用5K的单端输出牛。
R1由1.5H120MA扼流器代替，D1～D4由并联的6Z4代替。变压器T1改用旧电子管收音机变压器。改动后工作电压有点改变但仍在直线区工作。
输入电位器的改动是参照杂志上推荐的接法。
新的图纸在整理中。
在制作机架时使用了台钻、修边机（广州叫锣机），开1.2MM不锈钢板孔真辛苦，用台钻能更好保护合金开孔器。我用机油来冷却开孔器但新买20MM的国产铁开孔器还是报销掉，如果用手枪钻转速高更易磨损。修边机的确是很厉害的武器，在竹木上很轻松就能挖孔截锯，不过转速特高有危险性，使用一定要加倍小心。
环氧板厚2MM做胆机板很适合，也适合使用4MM长的铜铆钉。焊锡时铆钉很容易上锡，而且能分两面焊接，一面焊跳线一面焊元件。如果做胆是装在箱子里的机这个方法很值得试试，但做我这种功放象没这个必要，我完全为试验这用工艺而做的板。

收音机输出牛，哎！实在不敢恭维
不过这个电路还是不错的，换了电牛输出牛后，听小女人唱歌很甜
就是功率小了点

老兄估计当时设计电源的时候
没太注意，6z4灯丝都要600ma了，老兄还要两个6z4并联用45瓦牛的6.3/600ma组供电
建议还是用4007整流算了，45瓦牛还勉强能支持一两个小时
