先将焊盘上锡，接着固定芯片，再在各个脚旁用烙铁熔解松香，最后用较尖的烙铁在各个脚尖一划而过，焊完后用天那水清洗，会焊得很漂亮的。

楼上的老兄图里给的那种SMT的还不算难焊，真正难搞的是下面我给出的主板里的那种BGA的南桥和北桥芯片！楼主说的这种SOIC的28脚的对我们 ...
这么大的BGA，说老实话，没有焊过，但是手机的CPU就焊得多了，一般是190多脚吧。BGA太大了，不容易焊，温度要掌握好。
体积大，温度升得慢，风枪的温度不能调太高，焊接时间长容易烧。
