[原创]CS8412 转接板焊接

论坛的TDA1541和TDA1543 DAC数字接收芯片CS8412是SOIC 28PIN要焊到转接板转到DIP 28PIN以下是我焊接的方法.
工具材料:烙铁, 镊子, 棉花棒, 笔刷, 细焊锡, 酒精, 助焊剂(把松香化在酒精里)

第一步先把转接板和插脚焊在一起
第二步在SOIC引脚焊接处涂上助焊剂

第三步把CS8412放到转接板上并对准各个引脚.
第四步先焊二对角四个脚把IC定位在转接板上.

第五步焊接其余的引脚.注意焊锡不要太多,烙铁头要干净.

第六步焊好后用酒精清洁焊点.

不过有几点提议
1:不应该用酒精清洗 会有残迹 应该用洗板水
2:推荐使用过锡法焊接
3:最好用万用表测试连接情况

我现在就在研BGA怎么焊呢！

我2002年去广州就见过有人是用热风枪可以焊的，很熟练！
连植锡球都是他自己做的！用一片不锈钢的BGA植具自己做！没见过真的是想象不到！
就连手机的芯片都有人可以自己焊，真是佩服！

BGA 一般要用专用工具来按装和拆除

BGA没有焊过要有专用工具

我在单位用的也是它！
不过家里用的是比它还好的ERSA！

楼上的老兄图里给的那种SMT的还不算难焊，真正难搞的是下面我给出的主板里的那种BGA的南桥和北桥芯片！楼主说的这种SOIC的28脚的对我们这种老鸟可就不是什么难事了！不过，楼主这么用心地给大家介绍方法，应当鼓励！！！

大家有谁自己焊过下面图里的BGA封装的芯片没有？
才叫芯片级维修！！！

可是，当焊这个的高手遇见焊手机芯片的高手，又会晕倒！手机上的CPU还有别的芯片才真的叫难焊！没有专业的设备和熟练的手工根本搞不掂！

我的土办法比这简单

就是用烙铁先在焊盘扫一层薄锡，然后放上ic挨个加热ic脚就ok了，又快又干净

注意
如果烙铁没有接地在焊接时拔去电插头, 焊接前双手摸一下家里的自来水管以消除静电.
若看不清楚可用放大镜
