论坛TDA1543 DAC装配完成

所需工具: 电烙铁, 尖嘴钳, 斜口钳, 焊锡, 松香, 小一字螺丝刀

以下是我的装机步骤:
1.        收到套件后清点元件及分类. 按元件列表把电阻, 电容, 电感, 二极管, 三极管, 集成电路和装配配件清点分类.


2.        组件装配和元器件整形. 把LM317装在散热片上及把铜柱装在印刷电路板上.若元件引脚有氧化要进行清理(可用断的钢锯条把元件引脚的氧化层刮除并上锡). 对元件进行整形, 把元件引脚按装配孔距进行弯脚.

正反面可适合不同功率的电阻, 在国内我不清楚哪里有卖.

以前我自己装电视机时做过类似模板,就是用硬纸板或薄的胶木板裁成电阻按装孔位宽度就可以为电阻整形了,几百个电阻整形装配后看上去比较正齐.

3.        装配. 先低后高, 先轻后重原则来进行装配. 按电阻, 电感, 二极管, (集成电路插座) 三极管(和TL431), 小电容, 可变电阻, 卧式电容, 电解电容, 最后装LM317组件.

4.        装好后细心检查是否有漏焊或连焊短路.

5.        先不装集成电路进行测量和调电压. 接上10到15V直流电源(注意正负极)查看PCB上各元件是否有异常(如温度异常有焦味出现),若一切正常可调节微调电阻测量TDA1543第五脚电压到7V. 测量CS8412第七和第二十二脚电压应为5V.
6.        断电插入集成电路(注意集成电路缺口方向)再测量以上个点电压和TDA1543第6脚或第8脚电压并调节微调电阻使次点电压为3.8V. 这样就完成了这个套件.
