3. 装配. 先低后高, 先轻后重原则来进行装配. 按电阻, 电感, 二极管, (集成电路插座) 三极管(和TL431), 小电容, 可变电阻, 卧式电容, 电解电容, 最后装LM317组件.

4. 装好后细心检查是否有漏焊或连焊短路.

5. 先不装集成电路进行测量和调电压. 接上10到15V直流电源(注意正负极)查看PCB上各元件是否有异常(如温度异常有焦味出现),若一切正常可调节微调电阻测量TDA1543第五脚电压到7V. 测量CS8412第七和第二十二脚电压应为5V.
6. 断电插入集成电路(注意集成电路缺口方向)再测量以上个点电压和TDA1543第6脚或第8脚电压并调节微调电阻使次点电压为3.8V. 这样就完成了这个套件.
