ZEN 4装机完成, 首先须多谢论坛提供之完整套件,及其它朋友在机箱及电源方面的帮助, 使打装这台功放能顺利完成.

粗壮的焊盘及为数不多的组件, PCB的焊接难度不高, 只要插焊前先习惯用万用量度各电阻之阻值, 插焊时留意二极管及电容之极性便成。

装机须留意之要点, 钳版亦巳在他的装机报告里巳有详细说明, 因此插件及焊接时小心, 焊后详细检查各个焊点, 这成功的机会可说巳是百份之百.

再说说通电前要先核实的2个容易出错之处:
1.各管巳与散热作絶缘.  (否则必烧管无疑)
2. 20k的微调是否巳先调到最小阻值(零欧). (否则轻则手忙脚乱, 重则烧管).

如上述两点检查没错后,便可有充份时间在通电后先检查稳压管各点电压, 再慢慢调整Q1, 使D极电压从大约38伏向下调整, 直至等如一半之稳压后电压再加上2伏.  这期间当Q1开始工作时, 散热片的温度亦同时开始遂渐升高. Q1之D极电压亦会随散热片温度升高而有所改变, 所以调整D极电压之步骤, 须反复进行数次.

输入级的FET管, 仍选用ZVP的FET管, 因排列与IRF9610不同, 管脚须稍作整理, 底板上电阻亦用回原线图的数值

听感:
如果要问ZEN v4声音怎样, 听感如何, 现还在老化阶段, 言之尚早, 主要是各电容、接线及零件仍没充份老化, 但从最初开声至播放约2小时后, 声音巳有可闻的改善, 突别是中低段的改变较大。
但它的声底, 却十分悦耳可人, 播放各种乐曲时, 音乐中都自带有一份很松容的感觉, 感染力强, 容易吸引听者. 相信爱乐之人会喜欢这种声音, 爱音效之音响人仕或会感觉不一样味道.

为它订下的打摩目标:
1将输入级FET管之工作电流调高.
2将输出电容傍路之10uF电容调整.
3将输入之10uF电容调整.
4 将20K微调更换成固定电阻.
5 考虑控制好浪涌电流后, 在机箱后巳预留的空间位置, 再并上两枚早前巳傋妥的滤波电容.

但这些都要等待机器充份老化, 才能作实了
