惠威早期产品用的是进口的零件组装的，看振膜颜色比较透明的，估计是老的

还好！这三个箱子就买了三个南京的单元，高音是原来惠威箱子上的SD1和SD1.1——被儿子用金箍棒弄坏了修复过的！

SD1用了接近10年，二个都换了振膜——那效果不能说！后买了SD1.1，就是图上面的那只，我将一对SD1.1用来做环绕，一只SD1用来做中置，剩一只备用，刚好！

楼主有铣床还用这个办法

用这种刀套在铣床上用可以开吼开沉吼一道工序完成
而已通吼跟沉吼百份百中心

再接再厉，把高音沉孔的制作方法贴出来——这是困扰了我这菜鸟好长时间的难题啊！

最后在好美家闲逛时发现了有平铣刀，这样就容易搞了！
具体制作：
先将高音内径孔挖出来，再调整钻床的工作台使铣刀铣出来的刚好是沉孔的深度，开动机器，小心推动木板——大功告成！
很傻的办法，但是在没有办法时也只能这样啊～

上面那么美丽的图片说明着菜鸟开孔的过程，你老大还这样要挟我！
——没有用开孔器，虽然我有，但是那玩意太危险，没有用！

看图说话开孔过程：
1.用打印机打印一个实际开孔大小的圆圈；
2.把这张纸贴到合适的位置上；
3.用一个尖的玩意（我用的就是开孔器上的中心定位锥）在圆圈上用锤子敲出引孔；
4.用电钻把引孔钻穿；
5.我用的是线锯机，把锯条穿在某个孔里顺着图纸锯下去——这时就可以发现前面那些钻好的孔的作用了，如果不小心歪了，可以在下个孔找回来！[em11]
