这可能最本次DIY大赛的最后一个作品了,呵呵,希望能赶得上.

由于线路用的是标准型,并且也是非常成熟的线路,所以线路原理在此不多解释了
各部件加工
   上下两块有机玻璃是出了图纸后让街上做招牌的给刻的.
   四个不锈钢柱是请朋友给帮忙车的,费了不少钱.
   后面板是让我们单位的供应商按我图纸打的样,当时多打了几片,现还留着.
   前面板现是先用密度板简单做的,我为它准备了两板面板,一块是像上面效果图中那样原木的,另一块是5mm厚铝板,现这两块都在做表面处理.
   线路板也是让供应商给打的样,让他花了不少米.
   散热器是在电子市场买的,回来自已打孔,由于攻丝不熟,在上面打了好几次才搞定,后问了才知道在铝材上攻丝要加酒精或煤油才行,否则很难攻出丝来.

用料
   由于用于电脑的放音,并且我的声卡也不是很好,并且音箱也DIY,包括高低音单元,所以用料就选得比较普通,也由于整套投入费用较大,也只能慢慢来,等米足了再换零件,不过目前的声音表现已达到我预期想要的,够了
   R变是订做的,温州升龙的,120W,花了100米,但不好,亏了,有牛叫声,气人啊,另外由于没有加屏蔽,离输入端太近,大音量时喇叭有点牛叫,我准备用0.5mm厚的铜皮给它包上一层,再给它灌点环氧树脂进去,应该能解决吧.
   音量电位器是折机的普通带等响的,一般般,不过在PCB上已给ALPS的27型留好脚位了.
   散热器是够大了,230*45*80,均热片10mm厚,是过大,原担心发热会对有机玻璃有影响,没想到3886的热量这么低,有点过大,弄点里面空太小,像现在这样挤了.
   内部的音频信号线和功率输出线用的是华敏线,

调试
   调试时出了点问题,烧了一片伺服运放,后检查线路才发现原理图上出了问题,我把运放的4脚和8脚电源对调了,晕啊,幸亏是片4558,后来又发现前级电源电压不对称,呵呵,负端伺服的反馈输入端错了,搞在了运放的正端,太粗心了.没法了,只能在PCB上又割又跳的才搞定.试音过程很顺利,就是开始在PCB上给静音功能预留的开关位置没有给短上,弄了好长时间没有声音,看了3886的PDF说明才发现这里要有电流才会工作.
