【参赛作品】我的DIY测量套件！

感谢上海网友cbb22朋友的DIY作品，给我了一个完善的成品模式，使我的DIY更加轻松愉快！！！
同时感谢各位版主的辛勤探索，给我等后来者以极大的方便！

略说我的DIY史，89年在武汉（钳版所在地哟）读大学，对电子制作感兴趣，在汉口的电子一条街（名字记不得了）买了便宜的高音、低音单元，加了个分频电容器，制作了一个简单的小音箱，又用TDA2003做了个单声道的小功放，接上磁带收录机，虽然效果不怎么样，可自我感觉很不错！

从那时到现在10多年了，期间为工作、衣食而奔忙！DIY一直处于停顿状态

直到去年，对购买的惠威D3.2音箱不满，开始打磨分频器，又重新开始DIY之路了  对制作过程还写了帖子《老树开新花》，并有幸参加了HIFIDIY第一届征文赛。可惜，这个帖子目前找不到了！！！

闲话少说，言归正传，下面介绍我完成的DIY测量套件。

我分析是单元本身素质的问题，低音单元上不来，高音单元下不去，另外，低音不好恐怕和箱体的设计有关。
另外，惠威D3.2是3单元、2分频的结构，没有独立的中频单元。

测量套件好了，正好可以测测看。三分频的时候，中频单元的正负接错了，中频就会凹下去很大一块，这是我实测的情形。

重新制作的分频器虽然比原来音箱上的好，可还是有问题的，中频缺少，低频有顶的感觉，明天上图，还请各位发烧友帮助分析一下。

本来我是要打造一对书架箱（8545＋9500），所有的元件都买到手了，就差定做的箱体还没有到，对方说最早要月底才能做好，估计到我手上要4月10号了，这届是来不及了。我就用它来参加下一届DIY大赛吧！

测量远场（可以看到高频段已经是犬牙交错了，主观的对比听感是高频分量明显不足、比较黯淡。因为另一只状况好一些的音箱在墙脚，不好拿出来，所以就没有测量。等有时间再来一个对比测量吧，应该更容易看清儿子对高音单元损坏的频段在哪里了！）

测量阻抗 (阻抗在5000Hz处的低谷，不知道是不是因为高音单元损伤所致，因为儿子经常按下高音单元的外保护膜，然后看着保护膜慢慢鼓起来，因而，一对音箱的其中1只的高音单元已经是时响时不响了，即使响，音量也比较小。也正是这个原因，LP才恩准制作一对新音箱的！)

对惠威D3.2的测量中，使用照相机的三角架是个不错的选择，又稳定，又方便调节高度与距离，还不需要增加另外的投资！

给个特写，三角架座下面有个槽，正好可以放麦克，不会掉下来。

整体形象不佳（还是忘了加顶盖了！）孔打得位置不正，手写的字难看，与上海网友cbb2的精细DIY形成了鲜明的对照！！！

麦克的做法与前面网友的别无二致，只是有一点，麦克的接线十分的细小，稍微一受力，很容易断开。因此，建议大家参考我的做法来接，这样相对比较稳妥。

看图，把麦克的接线反向折过来一些，然后与较粗的线焊在一起，再使用热缩管固定好，这样，即使受力也有一定的回旋余地，不容易断开。

电源指示取得电压的位置。

看面板后面的JIG板，电位器和MIC的接线。为JIG板的插座和SW打的孔很不成功，已经遭到LP的批评，成为我心中永远的痛！

SPEAK IN和电源指示的接线，电源指示的热缩管里面有个1/2W的4.7K的电阻，个人感觉电源指示还是有些过亮了，这个电阻还可以更大一些。

30W的双15V的变压器，我是希望源头上宁可有余，也不愿有不足。

【使用数码摄像机的DC功能拍的照片，100万像素，有些对不住各位了！！！光线也比较黯淡，请诸位谅解吧！】
购买的塑料机箱比较大，因此，电源变压器可以离开电路板远一些，减少对电路，尤其是信号回路的干扰。这样，也更加有利于散热。
接线的布置原则是，强弱分开，SPEAK IN和MIC的信号线绑在一起；交流电源输入线和去JIG板的电源线绑在一起；放大的输出到JIG端子的线单独站立（线很硬，不用绑！）；电源信号指示的接线也是悬空的，也是比较硬的细线，可以任意摆布的，这样比较方便。

比较大的散热片（给我足够的安全感），用自攻螺丝固定到底板上，感觉固定的很结实。

在测试频响的时候，对着话mic说话，喇叭里传出的声音是伴随着吱吱声，并不能听到干净的人声，正常吗？
