     经过断断续续几个月的DIY,ZEN4终于完成了.
     从备料到焊接,特别是机箱的打做(钻孔、功牙等），记得底版和面板上那几十个气孔是用手电钻一个一个的钻出来的，散热片上的固定螺丝孔更麻烦，要先钻孔再功牙，纯铝的材质又太软很容易搞砸，所以就那二十多个孔也搞了两天啊！
    当第一次上电试机时，第一块板一切正常电压一下子就可以调下来，但是在是另一块板时，电压可以调但温度却是冷冷的，当时真的急坏了。一方面马上上坛子求救，另一方面自己查找问题所在，经过一番努力，终于找到了故障点（原来是有一个焊点虚焊了。。。自扁！）。然后重新上电试机，哈哈。。。。发热了！
    在做机的过程中体验了DIY的酸苦和劳累，亦增长了不少知识（电子、板工、金工等）和耐心。
    经过下午近两个多小时的听机后，机器的温度（散热片）接近75度左右。
    试听时主要听人声等，在场的几位同事都觉的声底浑厚甜美，更有同事要求转让。

不过我的意思是想问问老兄你，zen4的每声道只用单组电源就够了吗，即36V－0？
我见你每声道只用两条电源线。另，用两个25A的整流堆够了吗？我的准备开工，先问问前辈的意见。
PS[em00]：我见钳版第一期团购时，是用dale电阻，这次只用鬼子koa。[em00]

我听了两三个钟都没闻到焦味啊!但就几暖手,用红外测温量过,约45度左右.

我绝对怀疑楼主的变压器，我的ZEN4用的是360W环牛，崇达的。结果在听音一个小时之后，变压器足有50度。，所以估计300W的牛手基本上放不了1秒钟吧，而且有焦味，不过不会烧。

连续开2个多小时，微温，估计是机箱本体温度导致的，调试时，1个多小时几乎没感觉。
还就是整流桥，本以为非常热，我用的是两个20A国产桥，装在底板做散热，也是没有温升，不过整个机箱在30度气温时，开机2个多小时，近60度。

建议楼主的电源输出由第二只滤波大电容改接到最后那只大电容,我觉得很有效果呀
