我的zen4装机报告

zen4套件好早就买了
然后开始漫长的备件过程。
首先找到了滤波电容。一对33000uf的rifa169.顺便看到了10000uf的rifa169。也买了下来。本想到跟33000uf并在一起的。后来突然想到做输出应该也很不错。
变压器找了好久，直到半个月前才找到一个合适的。独立四组0-39v。既然这些准备齐了。就开始了正式的zen4制作。
安装
悍板子没什么可说的了，很简单，只是别忘了拔烙铁就行。
irfp044没焊上，因为我想把整个班子固定在散热片上，准备先固定044，然后再焊接。
班子焊好之后，就开始想办法固定044了。散热片上没有空，去市场买了2.8的钻头和3的丝锥。费了好大劲用钳子拧住丝每个散热片上了7个孔。大家还是用丝锥把头比较好，我没有买到，用钳子太累了。
均匀涂好导热硅胶放上云母片，用罗斯紧紧固定了044.然后利用一点点间隙焊接到了板子上。
电源部分遇到一些麻烦。主要是买的整流桥参数不够，后来买了一对25A的桥堆用上，就完全足够了，把4组0-39合并成两组39-0-39，然后用全波整流。
调试。
把电源接到板子上，用了小钳子的办法，插上电源然后迅速拔了下来，看了看好像没有什么异常，然后通电听变压器的声音，好像没有特别，量了一些q5附近的电压，一切正常。然后开始调解电位器，电压一开始是32v左右，快点拧，很快就能到22v。然后zen4就开始猛烈的发热了，用手摸散热片，三个均发热正常，通电10分钟之后，22v变成了21.5v，现在已经基本稳定了，又调解了电位器，稳定在22v.
装壳。
机箱可真是麻烦啊。没有现成的。没办法，去铝合金加工部买了4块铝板。自己用电钻什么的加工了一下，拼接上，还挺好看，哈哈。
接插件的安装一定要注意有没有与机壳短路。
电位器采用了alps27和安装板，安装起来还算容易。
信号通路全部采用了特福龙镀银屏蔽线。防止干扰。
电源线采用了特福龙镀银线。
变压器固定也很麻烦。1000w变压器 20斤重，固定好了总是晃动，正好看到家里有泡沫塑料，用它接在中间，艾，效果还真不错。
装好后麻烦可就大了。一个声道正常，另一个有很大的交流声。比音乐声音还大
请教了一下大家，给了一些意见，回去排查了一下。发现10000u电容的固定罗斯居然跟负极是通的。怎么也没想到。。把固定螺丝与机壳绝缘。效果很不错了
交流声
一个声道就是把耳朵放在音箱上也听不到，一个在10cm以外可以听到，估计是变压器干扰所致，没办法，那么大的变压器，准备给变压器做个罩或者转动一下可能会好一些，不过现在根本不影响。懒得管它
开声！
声场出来了，绝对是我以前的gc表现不出来的。，我没听过什么好器材，对比的就是3875gc，根本没得比，各个方面。相差还是很大的。我也不会像一些枪手们怎么形容。我只能说出了高频好像被偷了一点以外，别的事比较全面的，后来把大滤波电容并上一个4.7的wima以后，高频表现好了一些。

补充一下
散热片
每个声道  长32厘米*高度13.7厘米*厚度5厘米 4.4斤
两个声道9斤。我以为散热片鳍很长 4厘米没有问题呢，还是发热量很大
不过虽然这么烫，居然很稳定。。
给大家一个衡量的标准，就是一定要比我的大！不然就比较惨了
我准备先在机箱内加装风扇，或者改成1.4A  省电热量还小。呵呵

钳子，看来我赶不上这最后一个名额了，周六才回家的。我的1541，501箱子，测量套件，输出板都做好了啊。这几天在单位回不去，晕啊。。。。
虽然赶不上名额，但我还是会发制作贴，DIY的乐趣不就是大家在一起玩的过程中共同提高吗[em01]
