分频器中的低通电感会降低低音单元的灵敏度吗？

多少不好说。频响曲线上不谈。最简单的。电感都有直流电阻吧。

0.4的电阻对灵敏度的影响是极小的,对阻尼的影响才重要.所以一般要求越低越好.
至于会不会降低灵敏度,就要看情况了.
如果只有一个电感(就是所谓的一阶),那么就纯粹是衰减的,如下图

如果有电感和电容(二阶),就会形成谐振,会使某频段声压高于原来,如下图
