我家隔壁的一个朋友把他的驾势P401拆开抄了。我自己亲自抄板，完全抄的原机的主板。不过原机末级是6对管。我只打算装3对。原机是600W的高偏甲乙类机机喔！原机是98年出的，当时是驾势的旗舰机型，现在二手的好象还要4万多大米呢。要是有人对这品牌不熟悉。。。恩。。。那它原机用的牛我估计是人人都能认得，就是那个Pli什么什么的牌子，忘了怎么拼了，那可是最好的洋垃圾牛，在材料网上总是被争相购买的对象[em01]

经过近一个月的备料，今天终于可以开工了！下午4点多钟就开始干。。。干到现在才把今天的计划做完。收工发图睡觉。
1200W的大牛好重啊。。。这是刚刚装好滤波电容和大牛的样子。。。难接的电源线基本都接好了，220V接线都是4平方的多芯特富龙镀银线，整流后的接线是6平方4N无氧铜单芯线两条并联，接线鼻子都是台湾进口无氧铜的！嘿嘿。。。这些工作用了近4个小时！！！别看这点东西。。。都是很耗时间的工作。。。

这个玩意是串在220V零线上的，来个特写。是一个整流桥正负连到一起，两个交流一个入一个出，每只二极管上并一个3300uF的电容。大家猜猜是做什么用的。[em03]

乱七八糟满地的工具。。。原装滴白光936焊台、CT的尖嘴钳、也是CT的压线钳、白光的螺丝刀、古董老虎钳，还有一大卷整整100米的6平方单芯4N无氧铜线（只露出来一段。。。），那白的和红的是4平方的多芯镀银线（没剩多少了。。。估计再做一台机器就没了），还有扒下来满地的线头，俺有个臭毛病，就是啥垃圾都往地下扔，等机器装完了最后再扫。。。

嘻嘻。。。电压放大部分的稳压板。。。这个地方出的问题多多挖。。。都是整体规划时候出的失误[em08]
无奈机箱里没地方，装不下并联稳压，只好搞了个简单串联的。。。[em06]
而且。。。稳压是双桥整流的。。。变压器却做成了一个双绕组。。。只好。。。把每边的整流桥都剪掉一个腿用了。[em04]

1200W高品质环型变压器特写，呵呵！整带的喔！不是一般的垃圾。北京世纪成信做的音响牛，俺们北京的音响厂用的都是它的牛喔！只是这个厂广告打的少些，实际上其实力不比恒达差半分。好的东西也贵挖。。。这一只牛要了我700多大米！比垃圾牛贵出了一倍去！

IR的极品高速整流桥！型号是35MB120A。上图示仪测线性极好！内阻极低！内部4只二极管一致性出奇的好，不象一些国产垃圾，内部的4只二极管一致性都很差！！！但是这个玩意价格也贵的离谱，新的65元一只，还很难买到！在此向各位强烈推荐[em01]其实。。。偷偷的说一句。。。这个玩意在DZ98就有卖，不过是拆机的。10元一只，很值得买。在二极管——组合二极管那栏里。我用的这个是新的喔，隔壁的兄弟在中发电子城里买的。。。

这回轮到稳压板上机了。牛的线接的比较别扭，嘿嘿。。。一大一小两只整带环牛[em03]看着就爽喔。
这里还有点小插曲。。。刚才把电源部分都装好了，上电测试的时候，这个稳压板上居然有个小电阻冒烟了。。。赶紧关机拆下来检查！居然发现。。。有一颗47K的限流电阻，我居然拿了4.7K装在了上面[em06]。。。我咋每次装机器都要犯一两次这种低级错误呢。。。最近好象没有一样作品是一次成功的。祈祷后面的测试不要再出问题了。。。。。。

来张俯视的PP，线有点乱，呵呵。。。不过没办法，只能接成这样了。原厂机里也是这么多线，不过都被一些东西挡住，不把电路板拆下来看不到。甩着的3个线头是准备接主板的。

今天最后一张图。主板装上了。上面黑压压一片都是HOLCO电阻，原本供给推动级的电源上面有4个保险丝，我没装，直接用导线连了。唉郁闷。。。忘了装电源指示灯了，明天再说。。。今天困死了，收工睡觉！明天开始调试电路。

今天是3月20日。。。
中午 12:58
用了两个小时的时间检查了N遍，好象没有啥问题了。决定加电开机！开机一瞬间好象没
有啥冲击电流。大牛也没象我的A5开机的时候嗡的叫一声。发光管发出了幽蓝柔和的光
。。。恩。。。不错。好象没啥异常。。。先来发帖子，看看持续加电一会有没有问题
。没问题的话一会开始测试各级电压。

傍晚 18:14
下午出门了一趟。。。进度不太多。电压放大板不接大管子的时候，测试每级工作点和一些关键点的电压和原机基本一致，没有什么异常。测试的时候忘了拍照了晕。
从下午4点多开始干活，用一对炮灰管K1058/J162当炮灰管，搭了一个声道的末级，喇叭保护也装上了。

终于过了零点能发图了。。。

毛病找到了。。。两边声道的BIAS管2N6517都装反了。。。郁闷！记错管脚了，我记得是CBE，实际应该是EBC。。。
管子装反了不导通，推动级K214/J77就会获得非常非常高的偏压，导致Vgs超过额定耐压，管子DS立刻挂击穿短路，短路之后相当于电源电压直接加到K1058/J162的栅极上。。。所以。。。砰。。。炸掉了。。。
看。。。错误的连接。。。

今天是3月21日。。。

凌晨 1:42
11点多跑到瑾家拿了两对K214/J77，刚刚换好。。。好困啊。。。昨天5点多才睡觉，今天早晨11点就起来了。再加上刚刚又炸了管子，所以。。。严重没心情ing。。。唉。。。准备收工睡觉。今天好郁闷啊。被100V电了4次，被正负100V一共200V电了一次，据说每天被100V电击几次有益健康，看来还是有道理的。每被电一次之后都会感觉身体放松了，脑子也清晰了很多。就是被200V电的那一下不太爽，整个脑袋都觉得嗡的一下，100V只是有点感觉会麻一下而已。
如果往后一切顺利的话。。。今天估计能开声一个声道了。可惜我手头只有2对K1058/J162，还炸掉一对就剩一对了。。。不然两个声道就都能用炮灰管开了。

这个线路是用于防止市电中的直流造成变压器(尤其是环牛)磁饱和的.
前几个月老外论坛讨论过.好象是使用这项技术的音响公司总裁什么的(忘了是不是CLASSE)也上来发个好几个帖子.
按分析,这个桥堆可以阻止约1点多V的直流损害.几个电解电容是提高交流通路,以尽量利用市电.
