前级记（水平有限，文笔不通，看官请谅）

1．经历前后3年！终于都要有个分晓了，算是对自己或对时间有个交待吧！
说起来奇怪，事件起因只是源于一句话。3年前的一天，对音响没有大兴趣但又不反对的老婆忽然发奇问：“喂！为什么你们的‘发烧友’总是摆阵那样将器材放前面，而自己又座得远远的，无论放CD碟或调音量都要跑来跑去，那多傻呀？！能不能将主要的器材放自己前面来，屁股不用离开凳子就好了！那才是享受那。”这番话好像一个惊雷触动了我的神经，马上翻出“Stereo Sound－音响季刊”里面的日式风格的器材摆放都和老婆大人的话相似，经一番衡量后终于下定决心，做一台前级，将音源和前级放自己面前，做一番大异常人的举动。。。。。。。。之后就有了一个3年的投资！
我对于自己的工作和为人做事以及生活都是同一个宗旨“做最好的”，“最好的”这话看似虚无和狂妄，但这是指这是自己能力范围（资金、认知）的最好，相信还是能达到的。
2．先来简单介绍一下现在工作中的器材，
音源：SONY－CDP779ES，喜欢它的3磁条悬浮光头和真正的平衡输出DAC。

至于听音效果，自个评价只是属于中游水平，还需努力！
3．制定个人的终极目标：一个简单的想法的后面通常都不简单，何况我是一个执着的人，既然要做与众不同当然要有新亮点啦！经过一番平衡后，新构思出台了，可能对于自己也是一个新的里程碑吧。记得96－97年的时候，前后花两年的时间完成现在的合拼功放，当时是三件头的巨无霸，那时候音箱都还是座地式的石箱，（可有180斤重啦！）回想当年的确不知是傻还是疯狂，由音源的输出就是真正的平衡到电压放大到电流放大到音箱的连线都是平衡的，（以后在有“源音箱篇祥叙”）后来，时间长了，听音环境也由36平米大幅缩小为11平米，考虑到功放占地太大了，整套器材一字排开想转身都有麻烦，万般无奈下于是忍痛将原有的设计大幅缩水，

只因现在的环境――这也算是向现实低头吧。正在为11平方米的小房子犯愁时，上天掉下一个好机会，因风水问题不适合住的套间出现了白蚁，这对于我来说简直就是天大的好消息，虽然会丢些银子，但迎来的是17.8平方米的大房子，这消息更加坚决了新想法的出台：一个人玩DIY嘛，就总要做点什么来见证一个时代的足迹的，做一台全分立件前级，线路要用成熟的晶体管的，元件要尽量接近理想的，线路要全搭棚的，金工上要达到个人能力极限的，用料要不过不失的，构思要旁人耳目一新的，如此以来才能和划时代划上等号。再后嘛！就是加上下一步的巨作“有源音箱”完成一套既简单的，但又并不简单的系统。

基于上述原因，一个个人的划时代的计划于3年前出台了！3年的业余时间迎来的是画图，备料―――（机箱铝材、一切的有关零件、外观的处理、还要学习COREL以便控制激光打标机处理机壳外表。）等一大堆的东西，但很多DX不解的是为什么时间拖的这么长？其实回想一下我自己都想不通，可能因为现在还有东西听吧，也可能是还没有最大的原动力去完成吧！

4．加工制作
机壳篇：LINN的机机一直都是我崇拜的对象，崇拜的不是声音而是它的构思。很久以前就知道，这工厂的机壳成本重的很，是用一整个预压铸铝胚再精加工出来的机壳，外表上是看不到一根固定螺丝的，无论从完成度、安装，结构都给予我很多的启示，对于从事多年小五金制造的我来说当然是偶像啦！制造一个近似风格的机壳一直是我DIY路上的目标！历时3个月经过在CAXA上的无数修改和考虑，内部构造终于出来了！（在hifidiy上还是首次显身哦！）

DIY友要发烧还要晓变通，如果用整体的铝板线切割出来当然最好卖相，但同时存在极高的加工风险，毕竟整块铝合金在当时要500大元，就算忽略金钱因素还要想想余料的去向。响应国家号召要为创立“节约型社会”做贡献嘛！

在一番思量下决定用铝条费时费力地切割拼接，当然难度会增加很多了！加工过程中的提心吊胆、等待每个部件的出炉、还有为每个铝条的平磨所废的劳力、相信个中的滋味只有自己才能体会了！

终于在历时两年的打打停停之后，具体的架构出炉了。
开机、信号选择和音量旋钮都选择与众不同的置于机顶的做法，费时费力哦！同时音量开关都空间所限被迫选择贵价的瑞士制品――24档4联镀24k金触电（2手都鼻血狂喷ing）。前级原先打算用板子

后来因为贪图西门子滤波电容的声音，遂决定前级电路主体架构采用全搭棚的方式，将空间让位给西门子电容

这个也是权宜之计吧，但话说回来，搭棚的好处谁都知道，现在只是还欠一个合理的元件布局而已。
而变压器就依旧采用我最喜欢的又最浪费光阴的方式――R牛加全手工脱架绕制高效变压器，这样的制作方式于R牛来说应该很少人采用，可以说这种变压器做一次怕一次，一个变压器的绕制要1个星期为时15个小时，因为是用手工一圈一圈地缠绕，不过采用一次就会喜欢一次，不但效率最高、而且绝对没有吭声、是最接近理想的制作方法，红色部分为专用的屏蔽盒。
