本来我是打算做好才发的,但是有兄弟在咨询,那就来个数据先行吧。
7193有RCA,KEN,国家联盟3个品牌(商家告诉我的),下面网络上的资料介绍:
Type 7193 is the American version of this WWII VHF/UHF power amplifier/oscillator. Essentially this valve is a development of type 6J5GT (qv.) with grid and anode taken out through short and stubby low-inductance leads. To improve the operating frequency two top caps are used, one for anode and one for the grid.
In the UK the same design process resulted in the DET20 which was named type CV6 for government procurement. In both cases the need was for a VHF/UHF oscillator triode that became widely used in WWII radars. The μ value is 20, which is about favourite for RF oscillators.
The wide glass tube envelope is 30 mm in diameter and, excluding the IO base pins, is 65 mm tall.

意思大概是使用6J5GT的内部结构改进出来的,参数和6SN7及其接近。但是在我比较的曲线图上,曲线是有稍许区别的,来看看曲线图重叠(同截取16MA-500V部分):
更上扬的为7193,另一个为6SN7曲线,同一工作点约高2MA。
只比较曲线不够,我建模了7193,对齐应该是很标准了,如图:

然后代入J版的FELT电路,工作电流增加约2MA,得到的失真结果和6SN7几乎无差。
在来看6SN7的仿真数据:
次管子目前价格不到40!双加强肋,铜柱,黑屏,方环。
本来打算是做好才发的,不过已经有兄弟咨询了,即使做好后再发也没有什么区别,所以就先发出来了。
最后:希望JS黄牛放过我们这些穷人吧!别抄了!这管子可能做出来很难听!!
