   我的音箱终于动工了，
    我用的都是老南京的DD
  低音是YD176-8X，双低音
  高音是YDQG10-8GC

   设计是准备单腔或双腔都可以，在两个低音之间预设一块多孔的板，
   单腔就是不动他，双腔就是在多孔的预设板上再加一块板，把一个低音和高音所在的腔做成密封的 ，

    之所以这样设计，是参考了skr907兄的建议，

    “首先YD176--8X的灵敏度绝对没有92分贝, 应该是90分贝左右....(这个单元使用时间久后灵敏度下降很厉害,老化)
如果用二只176--8X并联,灵敏度会达到93分贝, 你很难找到匹配的高音...
建议用2.5分频, 也就是一只176--8X与高音做普通的二分频 (分频点3.5KHZ左右) , 另一只176--8X只串一只 2MH 的电感, 一阶--6db衰减, --3db降落点在600HZ左右 ..

箱体结构的话,:
      如喜欢低音突出的,可做成双腔体结构,上半部做13升闭箱,装二分频单元, 下半部做26升倒相箱,装超低音单元,由于600HZ以下低音是二只单元,二个独立箱体叠加的,故低音段有3分贝的提升....这种结构做家庭影院很合适...

如果考虑制作简单,做单腔体直接用二只176--8X并联的话,箱体容积取单只的二倍多点, 但你要另配一只93分贝的高音..
如用单腔体2.5分频的话,由于3.5KHZ处只有一只低音工作,故配SD1.1没问题,但是600HZ以下是二只低音在工作,低音段会有3分贝提升”

   由于小弟的水平实在是太差，分频打算用佳讯或者别的成品
我实算了一下，准备做成的箱子的体积是39L，如果上面密封的话是13L，

沥青油是什么？在哪里可以买到？使用的时候不需要加热吗？

   我今天算是学到东西了，倒沥青也要学问。

   关键是沥青一定要够温度，要不然会倒得很难看。

  我的低音单元是2001年买的，一直在服役中，只不过比较少用，保养好而已。
  高音单元则纯粹遇上的，97年的。

   谢谢这么多老鸟给小弟出主意，真的非常感谢。
  我是个菜鸟，只不过在机械部分动手能力稍好一点。
如果到了基础部分，比如自己做分频、测频响等等，我实在是没有办法，
还请各位DX不吝赐教。

10年了，没有任何变形开裂。但是这个材料不是很好的做箱子的材料。

我用的是经过烤干的松木，干度在12-15度，应该不会开裂，厚度是2.3CM
