大家都知道，一个放大器如果它的放大级数太多的话，无论你采取任何一种方式来减少失真，它的失真总的来说绝对要比级数少的要大而且放大级数越多，相移的可能性就越大，通步子带就会越窄，所以本次制作选择的是WE310推300B，选择用五极管作放大它就很好地避免以上的一些情况。电压放大级的主要作用就是将音频信号放大到足够的振幅，以达到能够推动末级放大的目的，这就要电压放大级有足够的放大倍数，就是能达到整个音频放大器所需要的灵敏度，其次还需要频率特性均匀，以及放大后的信号不失真。由于五极管具有放大系数大、距动力较强等特点，因此本机的电压放级选择五极管，由于WE310是难找而且价钱不菲，所以只有找特性和WE310相近的苏制产品10*12c，此管价钱适中，不难找，胆艺轩材料网上可购到，很多朋友用过认为声音也不错，韵味也不错 300B的机壳最好用铜来作，其次是铝，没有选择的情况下才采用铁做机壳，本机采用铝制作，用2。5CM的铝合金上铣床加工而成的，因为铝合金是整块的里面要装零件，所以铝合金要挖空，开孔，所以机壳的成本也比较高。机壳车工完成再送往朋友处喷漆，先喷一层底漆，再喷一层珍珠银，这样机壳也显得比较美观。

<img src="attachments/dvbbs/2005-9/200593011945282.jpg" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.alt=\'Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out\';}" onmouseover="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.style.cursor=\'hand\'; this.alt=\'Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out\';}" onclick="if(!this.resized) {return true;} else {window.open(\'attachments/dvbbs/2005-9/200593011945282.jpg\');}" onmousewheel="return imgzoom(this);" alt="" />本机的电源和放大部分是分体的,这样做法只要目的是把电源对放大部分的干扰减少，取得洁净的声音,一个好的线路相当于一部电子功放的一半,但花儿虽红还要绿叶的扶持,一个好的线路同样离不开好的元件,因此这次制作必须认真。放大部分由于找不到WE310,只有用10*12C代替,300B选用国货桂光的4300B,这种300B是桂光厂的出口产品,是经改良的金栅丝4300B,有着很好的韵味的300B,输出牛是选胆艺轩材料网上的陈氏牛,输出牛的整体素质不错,各方面表现很平行,本机的部分电阻采用RMG的碳阻,信号通道的就用金属膜的电阻,这样能反两种电阻的声音风格溶合起来,灯丝的平行电位器用的是5W的英国线绕电位器,300B的阴极电阻用RCH的1K/50W,这个电阻可不便宜阿,但声音效果显著,电容方面先用MALLRY的100U/100V电容4个,偶合电容用卡达时的金泊电容0.22U/600V,全机配线电源到放大部分采用USA的OFC军用线,放大部分全用JENSEN的0.8MM的纯银银线,焊锡是WBT含银4%的产品   电源部分用VQ10U/600V两个油浸电容整流,放大级再红两个思碧45U/450V独立整流,电阻全是材料网上的家档电阻,电源牛和CHOCK 是牛魔王的产品700W的电源牛可提供源源不断的能量了,整流方式采用传统的CLC滤波.
