<p>LM4780功放装机报告!<br/><br/>本次论坛开发的4780公房为双声道单片PCB设计,一张放大PCB可以兼容双声道玩法!GC方式双声道玩法,交流反馈双声道接法,GC方式双声到并联输出,双声到交流反馈方式并联输出,2片PCB四声到并联输出!也可以以放大板的基本框架进行更多的扩展:例如多声道并联,BTL等等,大家可以多尝试!<br/><br/>本次4780放大板论坛设计了放大电路核心部分,大家具有较大的扩展性能,例如在输入前增加隔直电容,在输出并联补偿网络等等!我们所做的这些就是希望大家在基本基础上进行更多的运用!<br/><br/>4780为2*60W双声道功放!工作电压范围为:20V----84V<br/>论坛建议使用交流24--28V输出的变压器!原来购买过GC朋友的变压器通用!<br/><br/><br/>言归正传>正式进入装机过程:<br/>大家在收到套件后先观看4780PCB原理图!根据PCB上的标识把元件全部安装上去!<br/>在此特别说明一下:因为为了顾及多片并联接法,我们在套件中会把5环电阻多发送一些!大家在安装前一定把电阻进行一下配对!最好使2片PCB上的电阻完全一致,本次使用的为KOA 5环,我个人实际测量此电阻一致性不错!<br/>在安装的时候一定仔细核对元件数值!元件按照标明数值正确安装!<br/><br/>在此特别说明一下电源板的安装:<br/>因为原来的M记MUR860基本快用完,新的MUR860为ON生产,ON生产的MUR860上面没有二级管标记!大家在安装的时候请参照电源PCB图片上的860的安装方向安装!<br/><br/>因为LM4780是双声道设计,建议大家在整流桥后增加大水塘滤波电容,特别是并联输出接法的时候建议增加!同时建议使用多片并联的时候一定注意增加变压器的功率!变压器至少选用200W以上!<br/>同时特别建议大家选用保护电路套件!特别是GC接法的时候必须使用!<br/><br/>大家安装完成后按照下图就可以工作啦!<br/>在通电实验的时候也是采用瞬间开启电源开关马上关闭的做法,但发现PCB板有异样的时候请一定检查!同时本次提供的LM4780TA为非绝缘封装,在安装的时候请使用云母片!<br/><br/><br/><br/>以下为4780安装组图!大家参考!<br/><br/><img src="attachments/dvbbs/2005-4/20054251229481.jpg" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true;
