数字输出板装机说明.

数字输出板装机报告
    论坛本次的数字输出板是以“W****”的数字输出部分作为参考的。
    由于种种原因没有能够提供线路图，请大家谅解。幸好原理比较简单，可以做大致的分析说明：此板的信号输入接口为右下角标有“D GND”“D IN”的部分，用以接收从CD/LD/DVD等信号源的DSP芯片的数字输出脚（DO）输出的数字信号，经过型号为DS26LS31CN的IC的整形放大，再分配到光纤输出（OPTICALOUT），同轴输出（COAXIALOUT）和数字平衡输出（AES/EBUOUT）。由于大部分的中低价解码器不具备数字平衡输入以及接插件的原因，本板发送的套件不包含数字平衡输出部分的元器件，有条件的朋友可以自己增加数字平衡输出。电源部分比较简单：AC9V电源经过整流滤波后用7805三端稳压IC获得5V的直流电压。
    元器件的安装：按照一般经验，先焊接电阻电容和整流稳压部分和接插件，最后拔下电烙铁的电源，用余热来焊接DS26LS31CN这个IC。焊接完毕后建议再检查一遍焊接面，刮去多余的松香和焊锡，防止短路和虚焊等情况出现。有条件的用酒精洗去松香的话，线路板会更美观。
检查无误以后就可以接入次级为AC9V的变压器，通电测量7805的3脚的电压为5V。下一步就可以从CD机的DSP芯片的DO脚和地线上引出数字信号至数字板的输入，然后连接解码器和功放音箱试音了。
下图是我安装的板子，部分元器件与套件的有所不同：滤波电容用了2200UF/16V的，同轴输出部分采用了BNC头。

最后附一个部分常用DSP芯片的DO脚的表格，希望对大家有用。

用在平衡输出倒是不错

CS8412内部有一个RS422 RECEIVER, 用DS26LS31CN做平衡输出, 和CS8412配合,应该效果不错. 单是用DS26LS31CN做RCA输出, 我感觉相对74HC04没有优势.

如果DS26LS31CN就做RCA数码输出用, 还不如用74HC04的2个GATE呢, 看了一下DATASHEET, 74HC04好像速度比DS26LS31CN快.....

怀念的也爽啊，至少不是仿国货

怀念有台CD拿先鋒的S901改下数码输出就卖几倍的价，说明它的数字板还不錯的

12.7V并不会烧毁7805的，最多会较热
