竹菜板音箱打造记　第１集

首先我要声明一下，这是一篇要漫长等待的文章，因为到目前为止，已经历时近两个月，这个工程仍未完成。虽然若干年前，我确是一个发烧友，但现在早已淡忘了，现在来做这件事情，只是在百无聊赖的异乡生活中的一种调剂吧，所以我连电锯也没有买，只有一把手锯，一下一下锯来，大概这也是漫长的原因吧，但我喜欢。另外倘若我在文章中对任何一种发烧观点有所冒犯的话，大家权且姑妄听之，不必太介意。


    几个月之前装电脑时配了套惠威的多媒体箱子，花了６５０大洋，主要用来看电视了，听音乐时反到不方便了，还得开电脑。所以打算再买个箱子，原先考虑的是KEF的KODA7，不过偶然看到李永活兄在论坛上卖VIFA的喇叭，立即改变了主意，决定再过一把DIY的瘾。


    首先要购买材料和工具。和李兄联系后，他很爽快的决定用速递公司，货款到付，我也省得去银行了。当天晚上联系好，第三天早上，速递公司就把喇叭送来了，包装完好，拆开看看，喇叭没有问题。低音有了，还差高音，上网查了一下资料，决定用VIFA的D26，一对400多元。

这个VIFA的C17喇叭的资料很难找，在网上找了很多地方，资料都非常不完整，最后拼拼凑凑得到了一些数据。打算做倒向箱，通过软件计算得到箱体体积16.2升，实际制作为１８升左右。具体效果待完成后再调整吧。

　　箱体的材料没有采用刨花板、纤维板。因为我只在关外见到过一家店买这种板材，深圳的车费又非常昂贵，估计拉回来也要一百多元。还是算了。其实关于板材，早有主意，我发现厨房那块半年前买的竹菜板，虽经水淋刀砍，没有丝毫变形，看来是最佳人选了。竹菜板是三层夹板结构，强度很好，另外竹材的特性是不怕水，这一点比刨花板、纤维板强的多，我记得很早以前曾有一快做音响剩下的纤维板边角料，在床下放了大半年，后来拿出来一看，胖了一大圈，虚得不得了，都是受潮的缘故。竹菜板的另一个好处是购买方便，几乎所有超市都有卖的。

　　去了几次超市后，终于等来了特价，３４ｃｍｘ２４ｃｍ的仅售９．９０元。于是一下买了１４块。这次投入了约１４０元。

虽然以前DIY时攒了不少工具，但都在老家。来深圳许久了，却什么也没有动过，所以什么工具都没有，只好现买。

手锯　6.00元。

开孔器　18.00元。买开孔器害我跑了几条街，都只有这种，最大只能开12ｃｍ孔。而C17要开１４ｃｍ的孔。在最后一家，几乎要泄气的时候，仔细研究了一下，发现可以把两边的铣刀反过来装，这样最大大约可开１５ｃｍ的孔。有了这个发现，立即买了下来。所以说凡事不可拘泥，困难总有办法解决的。

我用手锯连20CM也锯不直，不过我看过一个朋友的老爸，老木工，用木锯可锯得像电锯一样，你老也有这手艺？

接线柱　花了６０元。

铜柱　到一个熟悉的商家那里以样品的名义拿的，没花钱。用来固定喇叭。

通常喇叭是用自攻丝固定的，如果拆两次，就容易滑丝。所以这次参考了别人的先进做法，用铜柱加普通螺丝来固定。

我用的竹菜板板厚是１５ｍｍ的，所以用的铜柱也是１５ｍｍ的。在喇叭的螺丝孔位上钻孔。孔的直径要略小于铜柱的直径。我买的铜柱的直径是５．２ｍｍ的，估计用４．８ｍｍ的就差不多，不过手头没有这样的钻头，所以用４．６ｍｍ的钻头，略微扩一下。铜柱是六棱的，非常紧，要用锤子才能敲进去。因为头一次这样做，心里没有太大的把握，不过完成之后，发现非常牢固，有兴趣的朋友可以试一试。

高音的孔位上安装完铜柱的样子。

其实如果不用垫圈,六角柱短一点会安全一点的

还有螺丝应该用黑色的会好看一点,但是黑色的大帽螺丝好象比较见,都是小帽的
