焊贴片的IC，就算是几百个脚的解码芯片，也没有什么问题，烙铁要好，焊锡低熔点的，先把IC脚位对正，这一步很重要，再用焊锡把IC全部管脚包住，直接用烙铁拖焊就可以了，简单方便，一般人只要多炼几次就可以轻松上手了。
拆法也是一样的。

如果没什么机会焊贴片,买工具又嫌贵的话,可以找修手机的代劳,
手工好,价钱便宜,才几元

前天焊240脚的CYCLONE

PQFP封装的，一不小心焊坏了两块
焊贴片确实是很麻烦的事情，尤其是多于200个脚的
不过脚少的很容易搞定，基本上比直插的好焊

拆的时候还是用漆包线,这样线才不会沾到锡,更容易拆些
