DIY CDM4 CD机(参赛)
一、自白早在两年前就有将PHILIP CDM4的驱动的主板301改制作成有数字输出的cd机的想法了，以前用洞洞板在7310后加了saa7220接数字输出,因效果不理想就扼置下来,直到今年头从别人手中转让了一套沙冰的伺服板后又有了这种冲动,原板子上有bug，拿到手后,借着以前对301板的分析研究和改装,它的电路有小小了解,很快就把板中的bug修改过来了,使其能正常工作,因工作关系本人这一年多来长期出差在外,所以机芯和板子一直是裸体放着,直到上个月得到小明赠送的1541板及一对1541R1和1700提供的不锈钢按键后,才有给M4穿上衣服的决心。
二、制作

（2）伺服板改制：
原沙冰板上没有整流和稳压电源部分，需外接稳压电源，原作者在设计板时已溶入了各IC分开供电的思维，改制比较方便，于是一不做两不休，又对PCB板动了小手术，使各IC分别供电，自已做了几组稳压电源接入，让其工作更稳定、相互间干扰更小，对比采用原来板上的供电模式,无论声场、细节、高低频延伸各方面都有明显提高，背景也更加宁静；同时也把原板上的数字输出部分和晶振部分也废了，接上在坛上购买的数字输出板和时钟板，这两件DD的素质和效果早有定论，在此不再多言了。

（3）新做的显示、控制板：
配套的显示、控制板因尺寸不适合机箱面板，于是自已动手用洞洞板焊了一块显示、控制板，唉，那廉价的粪纸板，焊完后板有点弯曲，各控制键不在同一水平面，又要对板和有些按键进行垫平才能使轻触开关按得自如。

（4）解码板：
机内解码用明9002的1541板，原来的板是一声道用一块PCB板，一块板用两块1541并联作一声道输出，该板素质不错，只是电源设计有点简单，以后有时间对板上的供电部分加强可能会更好。我只用一块PCB板，把它改成作两声道输出，直接在7220后取信号接入1541，让它们老爷级的IC相互配合，天作之配。

全机用两只环牛,M4部分用一只,1541解码部分用一只。在安装时发现机芯的平衡、防振无伦采用什么安装方式都非常重要。

三、后言
装机完毕后，用表测1541输出竞有几伏直流电压，征求小明意见后加了输出电容，接好线后，用机内1541解码输出到天龙AV功放和荷兰产DRIADE牌落地音箱（采用ETON喇叭单元）试听,效果不错．声音表现平衡顺滑，深度和延伸度都较好，以后等机子稳定了再对它进行调校，应该还会更好表现，到时再外接解码器和找几台机子回来详细比较。。。。。。

机子实物比相片好看得多,相片照得太烂了。该机的每步都用心去做的,从面板设计到那部分用什么元件我都经过考虑和比较过才决定使用的，等机子稳定后可能还要调较。
