DIY投影机(参赛)
小弟这段时间DIY了一台投影机,具体参数如下:1、3.5寸液晶屏（640X480 、100万像素）；
2、光源：欧斯朗150W金卤灯；
3、投影幕：84寸国产波珠幕；
4、镜头：150MM三片式镀膜镜头。
5、流明系数。。。。。。。。。。（不明）。
制作过程：
小弟偶然在网上看到有关投影机DIY的网站，一时冲动就买了制作投影机的材料来。
但一直没时间搞，到了这两个月才有空拿出来搞。
最先是用旧的电脑机箱改装的。因为没经验，刚出来的图象非常模糊。后来经过反复的调试，发现屏幕跟镜头的距离很重要（现在两者的距离为12CM）同时把灯室跟非镜的距离拉近（这样可以增加亮度）。一直到投射出满意的图象后，就把有关的数据记下，准备更换机箱。
在寻找合用的机箱时亦令我大伤脑筋，后来在某天经过陶街见到有处理敷铜板大甩卖，就灵机一动（用敷铜板做）。跟着就去大德路买了几米铝角条用来做骨架。在制作过程中发现真的很好用。当机箱做好后就马上把所有的DD装进去。
开机。。。。。。。。。。。发现液晶屏被严重干扰，查了很长一段时间也找不到原因。后来在处理旧电脑机箱猛然想起当初金卤灯的镇流器、电容及触发器是装在电脑电源盒里的，后来因为省事而没用电源盒来装。发现这问题后马上改进，但还是有一点波纹干扰，这次差点就放弃了。好在皇天不负有心人，最后发现问题原来出在接地上，当把接地搞好好，一切正常。
原先打算直接投在墙上的，但新居的墙刷的是米黄色的涂料，出来的效果比较差，咬咬牙！花几旧水买了张国产的波珠幕，哗！正啊！
虽然制作的过程中遇到很多问题，但都能一一解决，并从中学到了不少DD！

最好用120的, 6寸屏的话用135的都可以,但是最好不用长焦的,长焦的透光量差些前两个月偶也用15寸屏做了个
不过到现在还没完全调好。我想业余做机最佳效果是用7寸左右的液晶屏。
