二分频原木书架箱土炮制作 （参赛）
箱体及脚架用坤典原木制作。坤典木木质坚硬、观感好且不易形，木质声音通透而低沉，纹理密度一致性较好、配对协调。不足之处是手工制作难，高档商业性观感难以做到。考虑小喇叭声压劲度与QoC值的关系，箱体容积估定5.9升，外尺寸为高276x宽171x深198mm。根据低频段晰象力好的设想，箱体采用密闭式设计。加工箱壳时有以下要求：1、外观性：不使用铁钉。2、气密性：喇叭沉位的平整及所有板件并采用开槽、椎头方式。3、牢固性：粘合剂选用环氧树脂胶，粘合力强、绸度浓，保证箱体的气密性及牢固性。环氧树脂胶耐老化，与坤典木配合有较高的箱体收藏价值。箱壳成形后，修整、打磨、轻扫2遍硝基清漆，然后用600#砂纸打磨，将板面油漆去掉，尽显坤典木的天然本质，加强自然观感。一款好音箱，除了外观欣赏，最主要是用来听音，而靓声的音箱是整套系统最关建、最重要的部份，分频网络则是音箱的灵魂。制作一对好音箱，用质素高的喇叭及元件固然重要，分频网络的合理制作更是重中之重。一个土炮发烧友，没有专门的理论知识，没有辅助仪器，要想制作一款合理的分频网络，是极之棘手的一件事，但发烧友有着自己的信念，有着自己个性的追求，只要加上理解，一款好音箱是可以做出来的。本参赛音箱使用的材料，没有刻意追求高素质的喇叭及元件，将重心用于分频网络的制作。元件使用一般无极电容及水泥电阻，空心电感用普通1.2mm漆包线自己绕制，箱内连接线使用0.7mmx5支一般光身线自制。喇叭品质在100/只元以内，1寸软球顶丝膜高音喇叭，三寸铝膜中低音喇叭，均标值8Ω。
既是土炮制作，除1个LRC测试表外，没有任何辐助仪器。以往曾经用公式计算制作分频网络，总是觉得不理想。所以这对参赛箱没有使用任何计算方式，不问任何参数数值，不知分频点，过程是见招拆招，走向合理，所谓见招拆招，尽善尽美地使分频网络合理，必须具备2个条件：1、听音技术，2、对分频网络元件的分别作用及相关作用要理解。没有仪器帮助分析，全凭一双耳朵，这就是土炮制作者最棘手的难题。就算有仪器帮助分析、仪器也不会机械地告诉你改变那个元件数值最合理。发烧友有自己天生丽质的个性要求，通过多次调试后，出现自己个性要求的声音，这也是土炮发烧友自己制作的一大乐趣。问题是土炮制作者在调试过程中思路要宽阔，不要纠缠在某一频段的满足感造成病态美而忽略整频段的一致性发挥。一个高音喇叭，一个中低音喇叭，怎样使2个喇叭配合在一起工作。本人有自己的见解：将高音喇叭当成一个女高音发声，将中低音喇叭当成一个男低音发声，2个歌唱者在一起发声，这是本人制作分频网络的核心理念。至少自己认为，这是本人在制作分频网络过程中没有办法之中的办法。2个喇叭在一起工作，怎样使 2个喇叭配合一致，怎样使2个喇叭工作时它的声压频率特性平直，本人的工作方法是：利用音场，利用定位的要求来调整频率特性的平直，利用整频段密度的一致性及协调性来配合频率特性平直，利用高低音比例及协调性来配合频率特性平直，利用平直的声压表现，调整喇叭特性的充分发挥，试举例1、歌唱着口形结像偏低，偏靠后，音场背景极之干净，低频满足感，本人认为这是病态美，这是高频不足的表现，它是损失高频段讯息量为代价的干净，更甚者，后场大鼓发声时会变成鬼大鼓扑向前场。只要细听，嘴形结像的喉部是结像不清的，甚至没有喉音结像。举例2、嘴形结像站位理想，但齿音偏离嘴形在上方发声，喉音偏离嘴形在下方发声，这是中频段做得不好，这叫两头紧，中间松。举例3、嘴形结像站位理想，背景也干净，嘴形结像也理想，觉得嘴形结像在轻微飘移，有时高些小，有时低些小，只会向右边移而不会向左边移，这是低频段的力度与密度不足。举例4、发声较亮，难结像，有烦燥之觉，这是全频段密度不足的表现等等，数不胜数，在这里难以一一列举。以上列举的：高音成份不足，中音做不好，低音密度与力度不足，全频段没有密度，只要能听出来，那么就应该去修正分频网络上各元件的数值，至于怎样修正，改动哪个元件数值，是大改动还是小改动，在这里是很难一一列举，也正是本人学无止境的。在箱内预留分频器所占的容积，将分频器裸露箱外调试，先选择分频方式，将高音喇叭定在18db分频方式，低音喇叭用6db分频方式试调，发现低频段密度难满足。低音喇叭改用12db分频方式试调，中高频段密度欠佳，最后交低音喇叭改用24db分频方式调试。确认后分频器入箱与吸音棉加减一起调试，玻璃丝棉单箱用30克，分频网络数据如下图1。
6db分频方式与24db分频方式比较，6分db裸露分频方式易于调整出平直的声压，但中频及中低频段的调整远不及24ab分频方式易于得心应手，24ab分频方式用的元件多，并将频段分割来调整，对于声压频率特性的平直要比6ab分频方式难调得多。这里还采用了分流电路补偿及阻抗电路补偿，做得不好极容易产生失真，一切来自于细心、专心、耐心。

我的是战斧博士达汽车用的. 看样子好象是用绿柄桑（圆盘豆）做的箱子，如果做红木色的话，其实很漂亮的 学习了 :handshake 木材质量不错啊 好的音响不一定有吸音棉吗？
