重要提醒:焊接CS8412的时候一定要把烙铁接地或拔掉烙铁电源,同时在焊接的时候不要使8412过热,焊接的时候尽量速度加快,因为过热和静电都会损坏8412!假如首先焊接的是8412,在焊接8412引脚相关元件的时候也要防止静电!http://www.hifidiy.net/Article/editor/UploadFile/2005-9/4/200594192347433.jpg

本次的ＴＤＡ１５４３纪念版ＤＡＣ装配应该会一次成功，但还是具有一定的难度！在大家装机的时候我们特别提到几个特别和必须注意的地方：
１）ＣＳ８４１２－ＣＳ的焊接
本ＩＣ是贴片封装，同时本ＩＣ是ＣＭＯＳ结果的ＩＣ，所以在焊接中温度过高或静电都可能会导致损伤，希望大家特别注意，焊接的速度尽量快和烙铁尽量接地．当然也不是那么的可怕，只要您细心，应该会一次成功！
焊接的时候先把８４１２放到焊盘上！尽量保持在焊盘上对称和居中，焊接的过程可以先焊接８４１２的一个脚，然后焊接一个对脚，这样一来就可以使８４１２基本固定，然后再焊接多余的脚！
特别提醒:变压器的大电流(白线)接1543所在的12V
焊接方法之一：先用烙铁尖加热８４１２的焊盘，然后迅速把焊丝放如烙铁尖和焊盘交汇点，焊丝融化的时候会迅速向ＩＣ脚扩展，整个ＩＣ脚会很快焊接完成，大家可以多尝试一下！

２）因为本次１５４３使用的是贴片8412，８４１２处的电源是直接进入，所以在焊接ＬＭ３１７的时候要特别注意，一定不要把３１７焊错了方向，请看下面兰圈！

本机工作起来温度有点高!大家不用担心!我们已经经过24小时连续实验!
首先调整和测量以下电压正常化：

正常后再上ＩＣ，安装ＩＣ后测量以上电压！确定正常您就可以试音啦！

1543可不是贴片的，8412才是贴片；
图中的圈的颜色是绿色吧？
最右下角的那个电阻！
8412右边有一317，317后面有三个电阻，第三个就是10欧的。8412好难搞！
钳版，8片1543并联时，r8、r9、r10各并联一个相同的电阻，那三个电阻，钳版没有配给吗？我找不见呢。
另外，c1、c2不用焊电容吗？

INPUT就是SPDIF啊，这个电路哪有10欧呢？实物刚好不在我身边，我只能参考论坛的电路图，请指明是R多少！

弱弱问一下钳板！集成块除了后面的运放（可换运放调音）外，其它都直接焊在电路板上（包括1543）会不会更好点（当然焊之前先量好电压）？用集成插座会不会对音质产生较大的影响呢？钳板有没有这样做过呢？原来设计1543用集成插座是考虑到什么原因呢，容易坏？便于更换？先谢罗！
当4片并联时用680欧及390欧
8片的同规格的电阻各并联上去一各也就是680+680并联
390+390并联

求助一下，时钟供电电路的第一只LM317作用是什么？用做稳压好像少了一只ADJ对地电阻，用作恒流源也不像，它的作用是什么呢？
