我呆故我DIY之TDA1541胆DAC

套件买来已经很长时间了，但一是苦于只有零星的时间；二是LPF一直没有一个比较好的解决方案，所以就一直没有动手装，以致在某帖子上给HQ兄戏笑。
前两个星期在一次偶然机会淘得两片天龙的CD拆机板，在HQ兄的帮助下拆出了个二中周LPF，于是用了近一周的零星时间把这份DAC完成了。现在把PP贴出来，再加以小许说明，希望对其它的兄弟有所帮助。
如果各位版主感得还行就把这东东扔到参赛区吧，让我也有机会骗骗东西。

5V的那一路就用那些主板电容就可以了！

其实主板电容有很多是很不错的！6。3V或10V的耐压也足够了！

思碧拆了

把两只大的思碧和三只小的换了，大油筒换成你你吃康的铝皮。这东东在很BT的升技猪板上经常见到。

作了点改动

在鬼版老大的指点下把铜皮重新贴了一下，也取了较短的路径回地。

是为了补救线路板布线欠妥的权宜之计.此举实属无奈.

建议还是不要换6X4的好

我以前做胆耳放时就对比过6X4与6Z4的区别，发觉6Z4比6X4厚声多了，6X4只是清晰一点但牺牲了人声的韵味！你可对比听听！

看那个帖子。。。。有说明的。你的铜皮提供不了高速信号所需的返回电流路径，这样仅仅只起到屏蔽作用。。。。

下一个TDA1541的PCB将着力改进

这方面的布线。重点优化信号和电源的走线布局，让电流流向更合理。尽力让环路面积最小，天线效应减低

看了挺晕的！呵呵！

鬼版，这个既然是多层板的设计，为什么不在PCB布线的时候就体现这一思路呢？双面PCB就很容易实现TDA1541的后面整片铜皮屏蔽，要是四层的PCB就更简单了！

也不用Saxophone兄和广大DIY友这么搭违章建筑啊！呵呵！

不过，对于我而言，就算用上了背面有PCB铜皮屏蔽的这样的板子，最后完工后的IC我还是要整个包铜皮的！已经尝到甜头了！带来的好处真是太多了！。。

分系统接，各接各的地，效果更好！不要各系统交岔就好！
