我呆故我DIY之TDA1541胆DAC
套件买来已经很长时间了,但一是苦于只有零星的时间;二是LPF一直没有一个比较好的解决方案,所以就一直没有动手装,以致在某帖子上给HQ兄戏笑。前两个星期在一次偶然机会淘得两片天龙的CD拆机板,在HQ兄的帮助下拆出了个二中周LPF,于是用了近一周的零星时间把这份DAC完成了。现在把PP贴出来,再加以小许说明,希望对其它的兄弟有所帮助。
如果各位版主感得还行就把这东东扔到参赛区吧,让我也有机会骗骗东西。
5V的那一路就用那些主板电容就可以了!
其实主板电容有很多是很不错的!6。3V或10V的耐压也足够了!換電容後 ,聲音有何改善 ?

思碧拆了

目前国内论坛所贴的业余DIY的DAC布线,从照片看,大部分都。。。。。在这里贴铜皮不是为了屏蔽!
是为了补救线路板布线欠妥的权宜之计.此举实属无奈.
建议还是不要换6X4的好
我以前做胆耳放时就对比过6X4与6Z4的区别,发觉6Z4比6X4厚声多了,6X4只是清晰一点但牺牲了人声的韵味!你可对比听听!看原帖子

看那个帖子。。。。有说明的。你的铜皮提供不了高速信号所需的返回电流路径,这样仅仅只起到屏蔽作用。。。。
下一个TDA1541的PCB将着力改进
这方面的布线。重点优化信号和电源的走线布局,让电流流向更合理。尽力让环路面积最小,天线效应减低BT

看了挺晕的!呵呵!
鬼版,这个既然是多层板的设计,为什么不在PCB布线的时候就体现这一思路呢?双面PCB就很容易实现TDA1541的后面整片铜皮屏蔽,要是四层的PCB就更简单了!也不用Saxophone兄和广大DIY友这么搭违章建筑啊!呵呵!
不过,对于我而言,就算用上了背面有PCB铜皮屏蔽的这样的板子,最后完工后的IC我还是要整个包铜皮的!已经尝到甜头了!带来的好处真是太多了!。。
