光头是固定的,只是镜头在移动!相对于CD而言,这种光头才是完美的做工!大家可以看,用了三块光靶,一块是拾取信号用的,一块是聚焦的!还有一块据说是刻录的!

我以前还见过非记的另一种摇头丸,但是整个机芯都是铸铝的,很重!是CD-ROM上面的!
但是我不记得是什么机芯了!用的无刷电机!就连无刷电机的PWM驱动IC都装在机芯上面了!有片铝片给盖住屏蔽了!激光头做成和硬盘的磁头差不多!摇臂也是铝的!
当年我们连KSS-210都少见的年代,见到这种JJ很是吃惊!!!
只不过当年没有资料,加上自己水平也菜,就没有敢买下来
相比之下,这种省米的塑料的摇头丸除了可以摇头之外,信号的信噪比等硬指标,是没有可陈之处的!

我回头查了一下QQ的聊天记录,你楼下的兄弟说的对,是CDM-4的!呵呵
所以我回帖加了不确定,懒得去翻了!主要是想给大家介绍一下调整的方法,主题不跑就OK!呵呵!
据他说用一个类似以前学生用的那种低倍显微镜(可以保证观察光路与镜头垂直),然后把光头的镜头组件拆掉,给新装上的激光管通上电(注意不能太强,以免伤眼睛,有点微亮就可以,象万用表针去测量时的光强度就OK),然后在观察镜种能看到光路射回到光靶上,三光束的就把由偏光栅分开来的三束光调整对着三个小光靶就OK!单光束的更简单,它只有一个光靶,和三光束的中间的光靶一样,是田字形的!呵呵
我现在也在找几个坏的光头在试!大家谁有兴趣的来试一下吧,对几次就熟手了!呵呵

请注意光头的接收光靶,因为不合适,他还做了一块小板子粘上去的,激光管用的是在SCSI接口的MO上拆的大功率的激光管!(这种管可比CD的好很多啊!功率大,原来还带烧录的),可以说,他的这台JJ再也不用担心光头会坏了!
据他说这样对焦调整的成功率在95%!!!

有不少高档机，但就读碟而言还真没有一部能比的上227的。纳闷，这么好用的光头组件为何就不生产了呢。
