时钟板的加装方法。

最近有不少网友询问时钟板是怎样加装的。在此再说明一下。
把大小两块线路板所对应的元件全部焊上，经检查无误后先把大板接上～12V。测量第二级LM317输出是否＋5V,如果正常就把大小板用导线连接起来,选用的导线最好用较细较软的，这样有利于避振。然后再上电测量时钟板的输出端的电压。正常应为2.5～2.6V左右。如果正常时钟板就算OK啦。

第二步打开CD机盖。寻找晶振的位置。一般CD机的晶振都在DSP或DAC的附近，不难找的。把晶振和跟它相连的两只小电容拆掉。把时钟板的输出端接到原晶振位置的其中一端，时钟板的地接到CD机晶振附近的地上。上电看看CD机能否正常读碟，如果不能就把输出端接原晶振另外的一端。接到能正常读碟的一端就正确啦。最后就是找个方便的位置把时钟板固定在CD机上。

建议小钳子给配上HQ用的那种固定材料,费用可以再另算上。

时钟信号输出引线尽量短一点好。不妨试一下。

直流12v也没问题。电压取高一点效果比较好。
